3901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Official AnonCoin thread - Client Update!! (Native I2P, TOR nodes) on: October 08, 2013, 11:47:49 PM
Shall we contact the BitWasp  dev team and ask them to support Anoncoin in BitWasp?  BitWasp support I2P and TOR too.  Here they are: https://m.facebook.com/BitWasp?id=404638142925188&refsrc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FBitWasp&_rdr
Great idea - and BMR too!
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple XRP surge open source and ZipZap news! on: October 08, 2013, 11:40:44 PM
The deal with ZipZap means undercutting WU fees by 90%.
Western Union also has 9000% more locations.
They aren't even remotely comparable.

You are so fucking stupid and ignorant.
And arrogant!
3903  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: October 08, 2013, 10:49:39 PM
Any chance Neo & Bee will cancel the IPO and we can get our money back. A lot of investors are going to be very unhappy.

Nah. I'm still happy, because:

1. I'm not from US;
2. I'm a long term investor here. I'm interested in future dividends, not in the shares price;
3. I still want to be a part of something new and huge.
Aren't the dividends calculated based on the shares price?
3904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OFFICIAL LAUNCH: New Protocol Layer Starting From “The Exodus Address” on: October 08, 2013, 10:46:44 PM
So which is more important now, a marketplace (see SR) or a smart property exchange?
3905  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO-cancelled] BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: October 08, 2013, 09:25:24 PM
So they are mining 250 th, 5X greater than asicminer
and we all could've been a part of it, if not for a stupid troll

This stings bigger than Labcoin

what's the ETA on migrating shares from BTCT to Bitfunder?  I sent in my request a while back (as soon as you posted instructions), and I am surprised they haven't been migrated yet.

So after I have been on the 3rd Hamburg meeting today, and spoken with people that was on the Amsterdam conference,
quote :>>> There was NO guy that talked about BEE & NEO....!!!?? !!  so I was really disappointed.. since I wanned to invest another 10 XBT in the project ... for me is very important cuz my mom lives in cyprus... so after all this I have a feeling that this is a nice scam, (I mean there is no credibility in it, just a business plan (anyone can make) . a guy who answers the questions (woulnd you answer the questions if you know that at the end of the day you could get a jack pot of "few kazzillions"?) a LTD in uk (I can make you 10! TOMORROW - need one ? on any name!!) , and pictures of a building !!! ( YEAH!!! , YOU know how many buildings are under constraction in CY ..) and THE IDEA (the main scam thing, anyone can make a scam if the idea is something that will bring you profit, an idea that will MAKE YOU RICH!!!)

Wheres the fucking video from Amsterdam ?

Im selling while Im typing

I'll just leave this here. TATs reputation thus far is top notch.

This is all very real. I am sitting beside Danny right now after accompanying him at meetings all week with various vendors, contractors, potential merchants, etc. This is not some pseudo-entity run by some nerd in his garage. This is bitcoin business growing up.

I’m returning my words back and apologize for my previous post, buying back the shares ! + spending 10XBT more, as promised!

That deserves to be seen by everybody who ignored you. (via this quote) Wink
Unignored!

Surreal
3911  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Great Silk Road Crash of 20** ...? on: October 02, 2013, 10:31:42 PM
yeah maybe all the SR users who got fucked by DPR -- fucked badly -- and lost all their coins on deposit are going to line up to buy coins to buy into another centralized drug exchange, after who-knows-what information of theirs, and transaction history, ended up in the hands of the feds. perhaps they will line up to buy bitcoins to spend on okcupid and wordpress, or the shitload of merchants whose websites look so fucking ghetto that the only reason i would use bitcoin with them is because i would be terrified to give them my credit card information. yeah. maybe.

pirateat40 also fucked a lot of people badly. And most of us are still here, using Bitcoin.
And Bitcoinica, and Karpeles, and BFL, and GBLSE (how the f@ck it is spelled), and...
3912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SilkRoad domain Seized? on: October 02, 2013, 10:16:16 PM
maybe some people change their behavior and move to http://www.i2p2.de/ Smiley
I am sure sooner or later they can compromise it like tor...or not?

3914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SilkRoad domain Seized? on: October 02, 2013, 09:39:01 PM
Heh. So if I say DPR was an anarcho capitalist and also not a nice guy (two things that are very likely to be true), that's an insult, but calling me an authoritarian is not an insult? I think that's rather hypocritical. There are points on the political spectrum between anarchy and authoritarianism you know Wink

Briefly: Ulbricht subscribed to a philosophy that boiled down to "the state is inherently bad and must be overthrown". He explicitly said that was his belief several times in public. Why do you think people tolerate or support the state, as a political institution? It's because we know what the world looks like when the state becomes weak or disappears. It looks like Mexico or Somalia. Not some peaceful, non-violent utopia but a place dominated by men like Ulbricht - people who are quite willing to assassinate anyone who gets in the way of their business empire.
Point is state, fascists and anarchists have become (once more in history) the same monster in the means they use to achieve their goals...
Shit times ahead  Sad
3915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SilkRoad domain Seized? on: October 02, 2013, 09:27:39 PM
I was expecting a more underground type of guy regarding DPR - who knows how Satoshi (if one) looks like Tongue
