Long term any cryptocoin will need P2P exchange features INTEGRATED, something like Ripple but without it's known issues (centralization, distribution of wealth, eponymity etc).

There is a lot of talk in the forum but what I discovered lately seems very promising to me:

Βλακεία του αδερφού μου τελικά, κοιτούσε σε λάθος λογαριασμό, στις 1 Αυγούστου έγινε η συναλλαγή, στις 2 Αυγούστου τα χρήματα είχανε μπει κανονικά στο λογαριασμό του!

While this thread argues definitions, someone's happy to buy up a lot of shares.

We're on the verge of another btc/usd price discovery bubble.  A lot of new Walstreet type investors are coming to bitcoin and are going to look for securities to start dumping btc into.

This should be an interesting month.
Speculate for me top of the bubble for Labcoin, IceDrill, Hosted Mining?
Thanks in advance mate!

Netcoin has promise, I would like to see it succeed I have not poured over the other two yet. I think everyone now has an excellent example of hubris and what we do not want involved in the development of any coin.

Yes, post your own thread, I repeat we do not need your "help".
Will post links here too..

Guaranteed group buys will be interested.  I'd be up for organizing at least one.
EU or US?
If EU PM me when you do so please! thx

Do you go to interviews and piss off the management and get kicked out of the office then stand on the sidewalk and tell everyone walking by how terrible their knowledge of interviewing new employees is compared to when you conduct interviews?

The last two guys I worked for (who created Fractal Design Painter, which became Corel Painter) are high geniuses (Caltech grads) and one could memorize a page of a phone book by looking at it.

I subsumed my ego because they were at least as smart as me, and smarter in some areas at that time (I was young, they were older).

I haven't needed to work for anyone else since then. I am prolific enough at creating projects that succeed.
Make a separate thread where you will present your ideas about your alt coin, this whole debate is counter productive and resource waisting.
Let them do the best they can and you can offer your coin too. Then it is the best of the two (and not only) that will succeed. I will watch both projects with great interest.
I try to persuade some people to fund a group of programmers in order to make an alt. Maybe we can find a formula to get something good!
I am interested on your opinion about MC2 (Netcoin), PeerCash and Bitcoin2. Links tomorrow cause I have to sleep!

Peace to all and we need positive vibes people, stop waisting ur resources...

Let the Group Buys begin!

Seriously, can't tell which scam is worse, BFL or MtGox...

So would you mind telling me why I should invest in you rather than IceDrill or Labcoin?

1. Because I have an actual roll out date and contract in hand to put miners to work faster than anyone else.

2. Because I have the infrastructure in place to do this right now. The Plan, the financial management team..the attorneys..the location to start hosting, ect.

3. Because I am firmly established in the community and located in the same state as the contract supplier. This provides outstanding stability, security and a unique opportunity to make a world class mining center in a location that is remarkably suited for something just like this.

4. Because I believe that I have the right moral character to take on the responsibility of such a large and long term project and do the right thing.

5. Because I believe in bitcoin and everything it stands for and want the opportunity to promote its usage to the public globally.
WTF I like your attitude and I like your avatar, I am in!! Tongue

4378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: August 17, 2013, 12:28:36 PM

KnC is skipping a testing methodology used by the vast majority of the ASIC industry: chip level testing to make sure they detect faults at the chip tester and not in the assembled product, where they might not even know if the cause is a defective ASIC. Rather than stopping or sorting the bad chips at the fab, they pass them on to their customers. Again, which hopefully will receive miners above the later announced rate.
Once they receive the completed machines they'll go a burn-in and anything not within specs will simply be set aside and they'll move to the next device and send you that one. It's not a big deal yo.

Would be great if they sold these too cheaper!
