Ridiculously overpriced for an IPO which gonna issue more public shares in the future plus as far as I understand their actual plan is to sell the company?
Maybe I understood wrong though.
If they end up somehow pulling, say 18 BTC a day in profit, it will have a 100% yearly ROI. There's a bit of work to get it there, but I think it's possible. Note: that's profit, though, not just income/deposits. My concern is on their thoughts of selling the company. I would like some more clarification on this - that is the reason I never bought (though I doubt I would have make it - Havelock should seriously reconsider the way these IPOs are done, I mean I was only lucky in the Dealcoin IPO to fill my bid wtf). If they sold the company, wouldn't the sale price be paid out to stockholders? At least that's what I would guess would happen. And if that happened, they would sell for a profit (I hope) so stockholders would earn more as a result. Well I speculated that if they are willing to sell the company this would be in the first 30days period and when the price would go as high as x5, high enough to attract a buyer but not very much to discourage him. It seems I was wrong (but maybe they were gotten by surprise too)! Ahh, you mean like wait until peak price and sell asap (like the "pump'n'dump" coins do)? I think these guys are in it for the long-run. They seem so but maybe with a good offer...

That said it would be worth to invest only large amounts which I did not want because of the at least 3 more unit sells...

how far is your zerocoin implementation?
Was just coming here to ask the same thing. Any updates? It's still in an early stage. The first part will be implementing the early alpha of Zerocoin into the Anoncoin testnet, then comes the testing to discover bugs within Zerocoin itself that the Zerocoin devs will be working on. I would not expect a fully working zerocoin implementation until the end of the year at best. If it works flawlessly the first time around (personally I believe there's a ~1% chance of that happening) it would probably be complete during november. I wish you luck on the implementation of Zerocoin into Anoncoin! I'd be happy to be a beta-tester for you! Also, I notice that on http://faucet.anoncoin.net that it tells us how many nodes are online (top-right corner). Is it possible to have a page that gives us a list of nodes that are online to connect to? I would find that very helpful to get more peers when connections are low! Thanks, we sure do appreciate all resources contributed to the project. I will send you a notice when the alpha/beta testing begins. Great idea. I can't promise it will be up and running right away as everyone is busy at the moment, but we'll look into getting a list of active nodes up and running asap. I will PM you when I find some time about ideas on contributing to the project...

How's that 7,000,000 wall over on the ice.drill?
[GOOD NEWS EVERYONE] Thanks to the BTC price rise, that wall is melting: Thanks for asking! Lol there are more shares on offer now than the last time I checked, they have just been spread out lol. Icedrill I have realised you are too cunning to have any btc tied up in IceDrill, it is dead in the water and though you might invest if another 6MILL shares are bought you won't be in now. So you are split three ways - LC, ACtM, AM-PT. Correct? lol Atleast the money you lose on LC you will get back from ACtM. Since when is a "wall" also "spread out?" You sure a Very Special Person, Stuart! lol I didn't even use the word 'wall' - I said 'more shares on offer now' as you can clearly see. What a pathetic reply. Sorry, but you have lost it over the past few weeks, you used to be quite sharp. We were discussing the 7million@0.0016 wall put up by ice.drill has been reduced by 750k shares, thanks to the increase in $/BTC. I know it's hard, but do try and keep up. I'm very happy to be all in Ice.Drill and all out of ACTM, LC, and AM-PT. The adults have arrived in the form of HashFast, and their upcoming disclosures are going to blow you and the Chinese scam IPOs away. Good luck with your clown stocks! What's wrong on investing on both? There is plenty of room for at least 2 companies in asic mining IMO... This ^^ I have invested in both. In April I quit my job thanks to BTC. I know the shit here and my plan is always the same - invest small amounts as diverse as possible in whatever BTC related (well, almost). Some of them will be scams, some will bottom but a few will be x10 and more! The important is diversification and not big funds (AngelSky thinks I am poor because I invested small here, all Greeks are poor and because ALIENS lmao) anywhere because the ecosystem is almost unregulated, worse than wild west and ANYTHING can go wrong. I have been burned sometimes to learn my lesson. Overall cryptos ecosystem was very generous to me.

People won't want to miss the gravy train when we start hashing. The only people who will complain about the share price are the same people complaining that they missed out on ipo. I've since bought more shares, I can't wait till late next week
I believe in this project - bought at IPO, bought some more @btct - 0.0035 and even bought @Havelock - 0.003. Not interested so much in dividends, I want to speculate in the price and that is why I am currently interested in AM right now... Furthermore I hold IceDrill and PetaMine bonds.

I'm new to this asset can someone tell me what's going on
As i see it, cryptx started a ipo for a big fat peta hash mine with cointerra chips. Because it takes some time for the cointerra chips to ship Criptx is doing some bitfury deals to generate dividents faster, for free. Some guys are going completely balistic about typo's and 'changes' to the deal, like they were done harm. I could understand this if they where competitors. If they are potential investors i cannot, they just would not invest. Maybe it's personal, i don't know. I think it's a gutsy move starting this big mine, in europe, with Cointerra supplying the beef. Changes are positive for me as a shareholder, so i keep my shares. If not then i sell, it's that simple. No need to give these guys a hard time, they did me no wrong. Maybe they want cheap shares but what do I know?

Hey thanks a lot - will try to see if I can make this work! OK - these instructions were very helpful, I managed to setup pycrypto very easily. Only difference is that the article is a bit outdated and uses the 2.1.0 version of pycrypto. Here: https://www.dlitz.net/software/pycrypto/ you can find the latest one (2.6) and the instructions are basically the same. You download and uncompress the file, run terminal in the path of the uncompressed folder and use python commands (of course you are supposed to have python installed before that) for building and installing the package. Now let's see if I can send some MSC...

The things we asked for will likely take a while to produce.
Sure, I just wanted to know if the guys are working on it or moved to other things!

Would it be possible if we had a preliminary input document for the design of this project? A Requirement Specification, Modeling Framework, Implementation Proposal whatever? Then you (and others) could modify it until it's stable and move on to the next stage towards coding. It would be the next logical step after this thread which is awesome but things need to be a bit more concrete IMHO. Of course you may already have started this on your own and I do know that you are a lonely coder but it would be great if you could let us watch this project evolving and feeling the honor and pleasure to help a bit with it! Cheers.

I don't like the offer TH provided for 6$/GHs in November. It is too far away to predict if it is worthwhile. I will go for 100% refund.
