Block size limit will be increased when there is a need for it. Can we keep this crap in the XT (is dead) thread?
yes let's wait till the very last moment to start discussing the issue, let alone implement it. Very smart idea. Most people support 8mb, if we need it will be implymented. I believe the idea is hopefully we have another way to fix this when the time comes instead of jacking up the block size. It's a race can we get side chains and things going before we need to increase block size. If btc is to bubble again soon.. we'll need 8mB asap. |

With an available supply of 14,771,150 BTC it takes $4,351,964,840 to yield a price of $ 294.63. To move the price to $8k where are all of these extra billions coming from. Tens of extra billions. You know something we don't?
Bitcoin is over-pumped as it is.
FAIL MATH IS FAIL, You have no idea what the actual available supply is. 14,771,150 BTC is the number of btc in the world, the amount actually for sale is unknown. If 14,771,000 btc is being held by people that refuse to sell below $5k the available supply is 150. |

I know that information is probably here somewhere, but can someone recommend:
1. a good hub for this stick or maybe two.
2. point to a link (btctalk) that explains what needs to be done to run it. I have both Macs and Pc (win eight), but would prefer running it on a mac, but if it is easier on win8, I would do that instead.
the word zadig does not ring any bells.
maybe it is too much to ask, but...

Wow 5k - 8k? Must be a bitcoin craze, by then I can afford to buy the script I've been meaning to buy since then. I could pay my mortage too  I wonder what can make the price go skyrocket, could it be the Chinese? The idea this is here to stay might be enough. |

Before we set our aims so high, let's just wait and see what would happen in the following weeks to come. I wouldn't be surprised if this pulls back once again. Hopefully the effect is caused by the expected halving that is going to take place around mid of next year.
Ssshhhhh!!! Don't say that ever again! This time we will break the $300 barrier permanent!Have a bit trust and think positive.  We are positive, just realistic no super crazy bull mode lol. IMO we go back to 220-240 one more time. Sub $200 will never be seen again. |

I'm not willing to sell personally , my price is 10k $ per BTC , it may take few years more yes but I have no problem on waiting since I'm just a teenager who don't really need money . HODL HODL !
