(also, it's VERY tempting to hit that -1 button on your perfect score Grin)
Did I mention that the first one to put me a -1 will be banned? Grin

Idea: For new posts: bold and have the (new) icon, but for old posts, have a faded/muted little (new) or something, as an alternative to "last read post always"
Why? I don't see many cases where you could want to start to read from page 1 a thread that you already read

nah, just add it. It's already very helpful.
I love that I have a second trust system and I am loving all the extra features like the Live BitCoin Ticker.
I guess it's also a "yes" Grin

I tidied up a bit the settings in the new version, and I'll post in the Project Dev forum soon

This image pointed out something that was true. And that is just mean. So this hateful racism had to be deleted.

This one is gold
2064  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: "Internet Explorer has stopped working" on: August 31, 2013, 06:14:56 PM
I'd say Firefox
It was good, then went shit and I switched to Chromium, but it's becoming good again IMO and I use it again along with Chromium

OK i will try Firefox. By the way has praying to the noodly appendage helped you personally?
Of course, it helps me every single day. Praying him is the best decision I made in my life.

A Satoshi gift

Side note: why isn't the owner of the Bitcointalk++ script -1'ing Kyle? xD
It would be too easy to find my list!
Doesn't that mean your password as well..?
This is becoming an off-topic, feel free to spam the BT++ thread for questions like that
But no, the hash on the list page is obviously not the corresponding password
2068  Other / Meta / Re: BitcoinTalk++ script - v0.1.31 on: August 31, 2013, 05:20:47 PM
I like the BITCOINTALK++ instead of BT++ SETTINGS.
Maybe add it in prefs?
Kinda useless IMO but I will. It's not like it's annoying to add a setting.

* whiskers75 is still 43% D:
Hmmm... You'll be able to ask them why when/if I implement the "Contact your -1 voters" feature or to know why when/if I implement the public comment one Grin

nah, just add it. It's already very helpful.
Thanks. Still waiting for a few opinions and I'll do.
2069  Other / Meta / Re: add vertical space below the page on: August 31, 2013, 05:09:29 PM
continue reading at the new post is a great feature but it's rendered pointless in threads where people post one-liners when you have a big screen as it can't scroll down such that the "new post" ends up on the top of your screen.

Please either highlight the article I jumped to or allow it to stroll there by adding tons of empty or whatever space below the posts. Both changes should be rather trivial but especially in low frequency threads finding the actual new content always wastes seconds.
Agreed

I'll advertise BT++ in the Project Development forum, do you think I should better wait to implement features like comments about users/server-saved settings/lists beforehand?
2072  Other / Off-topic / Re: This thread WILL change your life! on: August 31, 2013, 04:28:47 PM

2073  Other / Meta / Re: BitcoinTalk++ script - v0.1.31 on: August 31, 2013, 03:14:28 PM
Great, first will stay then

I changed the code to check if two instances of BT++ are running
If so, the second stops running and displays this:

Not sure how many people already solved the problem, so for the others I thought it would be better
2074  Other / Meta / Re: Kyle91 on: August 31, 2013, 01:32:16 PM
Why does this bother you?

I asked a simple question and would like a simple answer:

Isn't there some kind of minimum quality one's posts must reach?

Then I provided an exemple
That's all I did

Hey guys. I am reluctant to share this here as I am almost sure someone will snatch it and make a killing, but I'm hoping instead we can work together.

Elevator pitch:

You ever dread turning on the grill to make a steak? So tedious and messy, right? So here's this service called BitcoinGrill[1], you put your meat in a Ziploc[2], into an envelope[3], and mail it to:

/---- Sample Address ----/
134 Headquarters Street,
Wherever,
Canada
/---- End of Sample Address ----/

And in a short amount of time[4], you get a package at your front door (UPS, or standard mail if you're on a budget) with the same steak, only grilled. With all the spices you specified. Where do I choose those options? Good question:

BitcoinBrill.com offers a web interface where members can choose cooking options like Rare/Well done, and can check off spices, seasonings, marinade, everything.
In the future we can even make apps - people love mobile things.

There will be push notifications about your steak as it cooks. Photos - we'll get some tech-saavy grillmasters.

Fast, convenient.

We can crowdfund a small warehouse with 10 barbecues and some propane to get started.
Haven't run the numbers - but I'm sure they'll work out.

Target market: People who eat steaks (everyone - vegetarians) AND People that have Bitcoins AND People that have a Mobile phone or computer with internet access.

[1] Name can change: Maybe BitGrill, or GrillMySteakForBitcoins.co, or GrillMySteak.com or ImGoingToMailYouASteakAndYouGrillItKThxBye.com
[2] Or No-Name, or alternative brands.
[3] Parcels allowed for multiple steaks.
[4] 1-2 Weeks depending on mailing options.

Genius
