1181  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] $100 starbucks for 20$ [btc] or perfectmoney on: July 28, 2015, 05:18:09 AM
Have 2 card 90 = 32$  Cool Cool Cool Cool

Does that mean you sell 2 cards for $32?

Sorry if I`m confused, or do you mean each are $32. Also, is there a replacement if the balance goes bad the same day?
1182  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Turn $1-$100 starbucks purchases into cash when returning them (Guide) $125 ONLY on: July 28, 2015, 05:15:54 AM
Let me guess, cause I dont know if its all starbucks but when you buy something online and return stores its possible to get cash if the item is low enough?

Or getting the starbucks card split $10 each on them for a total of $100. And ask for a cash out since its state law of $10 or less.

You have to buy the items in store for this method to work. Hard to explain it without giving it away but it is something very simple.

Is this based on all stores, or only dependent on the places we go. Not that I have cards on me, but if this method varies it would suck. And how come your price is so high, like who has vouched for you that this method worked, no offense.

Or you can be lucky enough to see a reputable person selling btc for paypal.

Theres only a few that does this, but I did a recent transaction with a repped person. You also have better rates, also waiting for some exchange to hand you btc.

And btc-e is very questionable on their services.
1184  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cost of Bitcointalk Accounts. on: July 22, 2015, 02:19:29 AM
The best thing any newbie can do is buying bitcoin when its cheap then buy a bitcoin account. Unless there is a better alternative.

then after getting an account making it up with joining a obvious signature campaign.  But prices are not going to be cheap regardless since its "time spent" to create these accounts.
1185  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Please help track stolen coins on: July 22, 2015, 02:16:38 AM

I'm not trying to get those coins back.

I'm pursuing funds that Vennmo confiscated.
Venmo is ignoring emails.
I filed acomplaint with the FTC.

Good luck with that, since they just have only a email as support line.

Most of that restricted funds are theirs to keep, its theft but not much you can do. Venmo looks pretty on the outside, but really ugly to use for business.

Esp when they see frequent volumes of money being sent and received.
1186  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to turn 2BTC into 4BTC on: July 22, 2015, 02:07:38 AM
If you do gamble, I`d just suggest that you can afford that loss.

Even at 90% on primedice I seen so many people losing like 2 btc on one roll because you dont know where it lands.
1187  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: July 22, 2015, 02:06:18 AM
Buy or develop your own time machine and go back to 2008 and mine BTC on the computer at your mothers house in the basement

The best way to get rich is to start an own business, to be unique in what you're doing, to be a true master of his job, doing well and conveniently. For something like that, does not need a lot of investment, you just have to work hard and with a little luck you could become rich.

Yeah, I totally agree on this path. Its better to hack your own cash flow on what youre are worth.

Unless youre okay working on the 9-5 grind for the rest of your life and retire at 50-60?

Completely Agree, If you have your own business you will work with more energy and more dedication as you know that you are working for yourself and not for any shit company who doesn't care how hard you work for them how big revenue you generate for them.

So it is better to work for ourselves and earn more money. And you also have feeling of being the boss and you are the king when you have your own business.

As much as I love this, and being a entrepreneur.

The struggle is a gamble for most, and even in mid 30`s people tend to just then revert back to working some company since things dont plan out.
1188  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can u get bitcoins? for free on: July 22, 2015, 02:03:22 AM
Where can u earn or get bitcoins for free
i don't like shit like a faucet
please help my

If you want to earn free bitcoin and dont like faucet, just play coin flapper this game give you free bitcoin as a rewards if you can win the game. Download the game from google play on an android smartphone

goldentowns is another option, but would take some good time until reach the 5 bucks minimum withdraw, and all the internet games that allo you earn BTC becomes boring so quickly

last time I checked there was this whole thing with goldentowns not paying out.

so most people gave up on that game entirely with the supposed "gold" they have.
1189  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] $100 Macy's Gift Cards! on: July 22, 2015, 02:01:45 AM
when you mention escrow are you referring to other reputable people or only crypto thrift.

1190  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to bitcoin and eager to learn on: July 22, 2015, 01:59:06 AM
you can always just buy accounts in the digital goods section, even if its frowned upon.

and then go with starting on earn with btc with campaign signatures.
1191  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crashing! Is this the beginning of the end for bitcoins? on: July 22, 2015, 01:55:44 AM
If its crashing, Id assume the price to be low then 278.

To let it to go under that price point though, but whales and other manipulation factors on the daily.
1192  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you expect from the halving in 2016? on: July 22, 2015, 01:54:36 AM
Restricted supply, plus increase in demand should make the price appreciate.
If the demands stays the same and correlates with the decrease in the supply, I'd say there will be a price appreciation. But if the price didn't rise, then bitcoin has a lot of catching up to do.
That is true. How much is the question.

The supply of bitcoins will continue to increase after the halving, albeit at half the rate. There will be no decrease or restriction of supply.

what about the lost coins and the scammed coins.

The supply shouldnt always be in a increase, there was a # of how many are left. And after a certain amount you cant mine after 21 mil. or whatever hard coded #.
1193  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much do you think 1 Bitcoin will be worth in 2020? on: July 22, 2015, 01:48:34 AM
if mainstream adoption is getting stronger by that time, i.would say around $4000. don't think it will go much higher than that.

the question is, I feel like bitcoin already had a spotlight for last 4 or 5 years now.

being on cnn articles and other popular sites, that still didnt really increase any price of value. So its either people dont care about bitcoin or they just rather stick with fiat money.
1194  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: July 22, 2015, 01:44:22 AM
Bitcoin is not dead. Bitcoin can't be dead, at least not now. There are so many users selling and buying Bitcoin daily, and there are still new and new people coming to Bitcoin, they are buying and selling too. You can't stop it. I don't believe Bitcoin will crash to $100, but I don't believe Bitcoin will go up to $10000. I will be very glad if the price is stable $1000.

Crashing to 100$ or less wont mean that bitcoin is dead, bitcoin wont be dead unless it stops being used or people stop mining, but we already saw that people wont stop using it just because there is a price drop, it was 1200$ and now it is 300~ and people still use it, more than ever.

Because people, same as me, hope for that $1200 price will come again and they can sell their BTC. People are making and holding BTC just to sell it at $1000. Try to find thread about people saying when they would sell their BTC, it's quite interesting thread to read if you are boring and you can see typical signature spammers, trolls and now the important: people with good view on it and with interesting things to say. I can't find it now but I'm sure it's here.

Im pretty sure those who would sell at 1000$ or around that number would only do it if the price increases fast enough, let me explain, imagine that in a week from now the price goes to 1000$, a lot of people will sell around that number fearing that the price will go down at any moment and the price will go down most likely, however if the price increases slowly in a period of time of over a year, im sure people wont sell at 1000$ because the price would be stable at that price.

This is true. But it depends on a lot of factors and nobody can say it like this. You can be right, or not.. it can be fast, or not..
Nobody knows, if it goes slowly up I won't sell my BTC, because it will go up even more or just stay at it. But if it's fast like in a few days I would definitely sell at least half of my BTC, because it can go down and if no, I have still my another half.
Yeah thats right most of users are waiting for that time, when the price of bitcoin goes up. Then they get the opportunity to sell their coins with high price. But that time the chinese market crashed.

Yeah we all are waiting that the prices should climb in the coming years so could sell part of it and make some profit out of it. And Bitcoin is neither dead nor dying, If it was dead than there wouldn't be so long discussion here for this long pages and once it hits the mainstream it will create an revolution in the world as internet did.

It is only dead in the minds of people who are not using it or who are against it. And the government and media has played a major role in the negative publicity of bitcoins. As the society is very much influenced by the media so they just listen what news are published rather then putting their own efforts in understanding the issue.

Most people dont use it for day to day usage which is why I think they see it unpractical cause its super hard.

Theres a cnn article on a guy who does everything on bitcoin for an entire day, and in the end says its not practical. But, it can be useful when people need to move money like a money transmitter.
1195  Economy / Economics / Re: Did Bitcoin Ruin Your Life, Or Help Your Life? on: July 22, 2015, 01:38:11 AM
It helped me to learn about economics and trading. Before Bitcoin I would hardly pay attention to all those since news. Post Bitcoin I always pay attention since everything is connected. Everything that happens in the fiat world has a side effect in Bitcoin, therefore you better remain informed.

same here. I never really paid heed to economics and trading and all that stuff.  But since I camee to know bitcoin , it has influenced me for better. I came to learn of so many things I would never think of. Economics is gradually becoming my favorite subject because of that.

Yeah Bitcoin can never ruin anyone's life. It have surely helped me in my life as it has become an alternative source of income for me. As I was not satisfied with the salary that I earn but Bitcoin added value to my income and I am enjoying my life with bitcoins.

It may not ruin their life of knowing bitcoin, but it def can if they got heavily invested at the wrong time.

Imagine buying at the highs of bitcoin like $1k and they put 30k.. im sure the person doesnt enjoy bitcoin as much.
1196  Economy / Goods / Re: Bitcoin eBay auctions on: July 22, 2015, 01:33:45 AM

Good to see physical hardware.. but its a shame its only for local pick up.

if youre owner of that listing, why not just consider sucking up the loss for the shipping cause its better to sell it quick then hold on to it.

If you plan on buying that theres other alternatives for way better pricing...

and usually ebay is overpriced as hell, and those people are just not aware of the forum prices.
1197  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: July 21, 2015, 03:32:28 AM
If you don't follow the market at large...

Google jumped 71 bil (~15%) in market cap today.
This equals 17.6X bitcoin entire market cap.
One stock, one day jump equals 17.6X bitcoin.

Conclusion: bitcoin is like a tiny seed. It could either grow into a tree thousand time larger or die trying.

But intially what you described can be anything? lol.

Its similar to a start up that has venture funding and hoping it would grow, but depends outside factors that no one can control.
1198  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC-E crash to $150! on: July 21, 2015, 03:30:12 AM
Personally I am expecting the worst out of them. I had some trades mysteriously close during the so called "crash" that should have stayed open even if the price went to 0, even had buy limits canceled for no reason that should have been filled. I have tried transferring out of my MT4 account to get my remaining funds out of that thieves den, but of course that does not work either. Three days later no support response back on my ticket and now the site is down.

When mt.gox crashed back in the day, their value also dropped as well.

But that was entirely just cause each exchange relied on each others support. But from on the responses its leading down to their questionable services overall on their site.
1199  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TraderCal11 Warning on: July 21, 2015, 03:27:51 AM
Trader cal charged me back $75 and frozen over 300 of my PayPal balance

I think you should post up your proof if you have such claims. and edit your personal or hide info.

Not that I dont believe you or anything, its just hard to be convinced esp you have negative rep yourself or even more then this person lol.
1200  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Help us track down the owners of 1AeFq5RbXiY1vsRqZjcF7fVodCxXwmDcMX on: July 21, 2015, 03:26:14 AM
Involved in what? You're dodging the question.

Hes dodging the question.  And he also uses "we".  Who is "we"?

I don't think any of us will get the answers though.  OP appears to want to keep it tight lipped which is weird in a scam accusation thread.

Notlist3d : the better question is to ask how in the world that you know the one asking the questions and giving answers is a "he" and not a "she" or "we"?  Less than 0.5% of the addresses have been disclosed, and in time everyone will know the remaining 99.5%.  Researching takes time and although a year has past, the records never will change and with just a little bit of information everyone can help others avoid dealing with the people who have ruined the lives of many.  Those who think they would get away with an outright robbery are truly mistaken.  The bitcoin blockchain does not lie.

You still havent explained anything to even help you track that address down.

From based on my last reply which was over a month ago, and at this point this thread is consider not to taken seriously.
