1801  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER C1 Discussion and Support Thread on: December 27, 2014, 06:05:13 PM

..... It looks like its a fixed voltage pump with the 4th pin unconnected to the actual harness. The other 3 pins would be +12, -ve and rpm sens.

dogie- You're wrong again.
Write the better things that you know.

C1 not only regulate pump speed, C1  even shows the speed of the pump.

1804  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: December 26, 2014, 11:35:06 AM
minersource shit .

what's wrong Tupsu?
didn't get that barbie doll you wanted for xmas?

The correlation you make is like  - you complaining about the saleroom where you bought a car, to the place you put petrol in it.
there is no correlation whatsoever.

If this "car" is advertised here for more than 15 spams tread, then yes, if the car dealer advertises the wrong fuel.

And my grandchildren could not barbie doll  for xmas, They both got me LEGO Friends series Sunshine Ranch 41039

1810  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S5: The New Standard, 0.51J/G, Shipping on Jan 4th [Sales Open] on: December 25, 2014, 06:35:51 AM
What would you guys prefer, the S5 or the SP20?

2 x ANTMINER S5 BATCH 2  with shipping in my country is  975 USD

2 x SP20 + free shipping is still 1000 USD
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=903286.0

But I have to agree with the following commentary:"The best way to make money on SP20 was by waiting."

The best way to make money on SP20 was by waiting.

I got one for $814 a week ago (paid maybe 10 days ago), then there was a "christmas" deal few days later for $633 and a couple of days later-a new deal for $500
I expected just to breakeven at best all things considered, but these movements were nothing short of astonishing in speed.
Besides, miner did NOT make $314 in those 7-10 days-barely $100 (even with four days of extra profit due to paycoin rush)
Nevertheless, $500 looks like a good price now, so I am not complaining, maybe will even participate.

My point is this: I am OK with declining prices based on what usually happens (difficulty, product aging, etc), I am less OK with an extraordinary profit margin when as a miner I expect just to breakeven at best-but it is up to Spondoolies, of course, how to market their admittedly good device.

I bought my first SP20 fof 1350 USD (with shipping)+20%VAT  on September 26, 2014 Shipped  Nov 02
I bought my second SP20 fof 875 USD (with shipping)+20%VAT  on November 11  2014 Shipped Nov 27
I bought some SP20 fof 617 USD (with shipping)+20%VAT  on December 17, 2014 Shipped Dec 21  they are still in Israel, They probably come to me 29.12.2014
Today I get to buy SP20 for 500 USD (with shipping)+20%VAT they are received on 2 January?

Almost every time the price will drop even before, when I get my miners.
I do not like to buy things, the value of which will fall so fast. So I'd better wait.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see if they can beat SP-Tech 1 (one) voluntary RMA in Thousands...
...

one single voluntary RMA in thousands of orders and SP-Tech competitors seem to be having a party about it.
it's good that this community are so congratulatory on the successes of SP-Tech  Grin
We had other RMAs of course, this is the first instance of such sort in the SP20.

Tupsu, you seem to have a requirement to post only half of the story across many threads. The problem was caused by user error, as you can see here:

2 is many treads?
I posted here, and  to your personal  S5 topic
I do not see user error.
you can see the problem. the user put the wrong cables.

only see the wrong design from the very first SP20 .  There should be a 8x PCI-E.
1813  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S5: The New Standard, 0.51J/G, Shipping on 12/27 [Sales Open] on: December 23, 2014, 12:00:37 PM
Today I bought 12 pieces Antminer S5

I trust them today more than SP20 , especially after seeing this picture. Because they have  4  PCI-E slot, For 600W.
SP20 has 4  PCI-E slot for 1200W (Max)

I have 3 x SP20 and
6pc SP20 purchased by December 17, to get my hands probably 29.12

I also have a 5pc KNC Neptune, with no burnt PCI-E slot.

The rest are all Bitmaintech production. (37x S3, 6x C1, 2x S4 )

It would be seen that picture before, then I would not have ordered more SP20.

eek, i never bother even using an SD card. perhaps I should consider backing up before each f/w upgrade?  Undecided

You have nothing to pack. You can only  download the software for the SD card.
sp20-recovery or sp20-sd-boot.
1819  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: SP-20 for sale in EUROPE, Christmas sale :D on: December 20, 2014, 07:21:15 AM

I donīt really understand the point of your posts , are you warning the members or just being jealous ??

Because:

- Many ppl donīt want to buy 3 units in one time
- You have to pay customs (maybe your country itīs free)
- I make invoice for companies with no VAT
- Sepa transfers in EU are free

Can you explain me whatīs the point of your posts ??

I'm not jealous.

You have to pay customs - No. Only 20% VAT.  Computer equipment is Each EU country duty-free. not only in my country.

Can you explain me whatīs the point of your posts ??

Yes. As soon as you can explain , why you did the theme here, if you do not sell anything ?

1820  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: SP-20 for sale in EUROPE, Christmas sale :D on: December 20, 2014, 02:26:54 AM

$1,900.00 - $50 cupon =$1850    1,480 Euro +20% VAT=1776 Euro for three
