Happy Birthday! I've seen a flaw in what you've done and I'd like to point it out here: you've put your bitcoins to storage into somebody else's wallet. Yes, that somebody else is Binance in your case. You've missed all the "not your keys, not your coins" messages on this forum?? Yes, if nothing bad happens, Binance will keep granting you access to your money. And if something bad happens... bad luck.
I advise you learn how to keep your coins safe in your own custody (generate a wallet or seed safely offline, or buy a hardware wallet, for example). It not be easy (or it can mean another investment), but if you master that, your money will be indeed yours, not like now.

1. While your advertising for https://BitcoinCleanup.com is a nice gesture, keeping that fake extra signature can easily get your post removed for being against forum rules. 2. Exchange FUD is good and bad. It's bad because it creates panic amongst those not thinking too far. I see it not a big issue, sorry. And it's good because it can become the most correct proof of reserves. All in all, we keep preaching "not your keys, not your coins" and nobody cares, right? So all in all, you should not care about the FUD. If Binance is solid enough, will survive and even get stronger. If it's not, something else will take its place and soon enough it won't be missed.

Keep your sensitive data the same way you keep your wallet recovery seed.
While your wallet seed is best to stay offline, medical data can easily get lost if kept on paper. Archives get burned down, archives get flooded, earthquakes can damage them too. Even more, medical data (see original post!) needs to be shared between various institutions. This makes it important to be kept in a digital format (easy to share, easy to search) in multiple copies. Of course, old school databases replicated in cloud and shared only between the relevant institutions would be the first option, but a blockchain can be OK too in some cases. Now, as a second thought, if I'd use blockchain (read up a few posts and see my point on malpraxis), I'd probably use a private blockchain for the job, to somewhat reduce the risks of unauthorized access, no matter how good the data is encrypted. And then even the QC issue OP was mentioning is not an issue.

Salut. Bogdan aici.

If you want a server other people can use, you would need to run something like ElectrumX or Electrs, but these require much more resources. Keep in mind that Electrs is also for "friends and family" only, even its git page tells that if it's exposed to the wild it opens the door to attacks, recommending Blockstream's fork for public use: Note that this implementation of Electrum server is optimized for personal/small-scale (family/friends) usage. It's a bad idea to run it publicly as it'd expose you to DoS and maybe also other attacks. If you want to run a public server you may be interested in the Blockstream fork of electrs which is better optimized for public usage at the cost of consuming significantly more resources.

But when someone else quote the ignored user, it gets visible which I guess doesn't make any sense. Well, think it like this: you block person1 number in your phone. You talk with person2. And person2 tells you "you know, person1 said this and that". We have the same situation here too. Now, if person2 talks more about what person1 tells than anything else, then you can consider blocking/ignoring person2 too. Else, no biggie. However, not a bug.

I've seen the game, it was said there that sone 23 planes were allowed today and only 7 didn't. Morocco fans were heard on the stadium pretty good. However, with some luck, France has won. Morocco has put a great game though. Sorry for OP bet.

It also depends on lifestyle and choices made. Clearly. Loans like car, personal and mortgages will seriously eat into any monthly income In my country the people, after starting to have a steady income, usually at late 20s and in the 30s, take a loan and buy a flat. Usually one has to pay some 20-30 years for that, hence if one took a loan for his flat in the past 10 years, not much of a chance for bitcoin either But my point in the other post was not about that. My point was about the country. In some countries the minimum wage is low. In mine the minimum legal wage will rise next year to some 600 EUR. A 20 years old person is a newbie in his field and will not have a great starting salary. Taking all this into account, neither the $3k/month logic, nor the "living frugally" to save some bitcoins don't help. What can help is a second job. But I think that in the 20s that's not an easy step to make.

Also walletexplorer.com, while I don't recommend it as a block explorer to use, it's good at finding addresses based on "firstbits". For your bitcoin address it returns this:

It may worth mentioning that Team Principal are being "rotated" these days * Jost Capito leaves Williams * Andreas Seidl goes from McLaren to Sauber (Alfa Romeo, future Audi), taking the place freed by Fred Vasseur * McLaren promotes Andrea Stella as Team Principal I don't know who will go to Williams, but I am not even be too surprised to see Mattia Binotto's name on the list of possible options

If you are in twenties or early thirties and remain single, earn $3,000 after tax per month, you will probably save $1,000 if you, let's say, spend $500 to $800 on rental, a guest bedroom in a shared house/apartment, $500 on food, $50 on utilities, $150 on phone/internet bills, $400 on commuting costs or gas/maintainance if you have a used car, $200 on occasional entertainment or others. This $1,000 savings will allow you to invest or place a house down payment when time is ripe. Is this possible based on where you live ?
It depends a lot by where one lives. If I'd be earning $3k from salary (after tax), it would be wonderful. But I don't. Also the expenses differ greatly from country to country. So the math you've done, although nice, doesn't apply in most parts of the world.

So you managed to quote 2 users' posts and say nothing useful. This is pretty much the definition of spam. That can be a huge emotional hit to the players. Mabey they’ll have things sorted out when Morocco makes it to the finals? I've read some people's opinion telling that it could be a deal made by Platini made these days with Qatar officials in order to favor France, a small favor asked since he was one of the guys that made it possible to have World Cup in Qatar. And it makes sense, since the supporters can really make a difference. I hope you're right and we'll see Morocco in the finals. That would be something!

The bad news of the day for the Morocco supporters is that Qatar doesn't allow (to land) the 7 flights scheduled for today by Morocco Airways, flights supposed to bring a new wave of supporters. I hate to see politics interfere with the sports, but this is again the reality.

Use case of blockchain isnt about record but the ability to show an efficient way to transfer and received data in a much safer way and transparent one. Actually blockchain is also good for storing data that's not supposed to ever get altered. I don't know though if medical records indeed fall into category, I'd guess it's debatable. Some could say that medical history should not change, some could say that people change and the old data may no longer be relevant (although it could be, for example for detecting old/older malpraxis). What if quantum computers I find a big silly all the "what if quantum computers" topics, sorry. Let's focus on what we can do and ignore QC, since when we will get to the "what if" cases, your small use cases will be the world smallest problem and your blockchain will have time to be re-built in a QC-resistant way or changed to something QC cannot touch. That's to be seen when there will be the case.

Stick 1.exe up your ass and it will definitely work. I've reported the initial post in order to get edited and the link removed. Could you please also edit your post and remove the link from the quote?

When I was giving the floor to speak, I literally froze because This is not about bitcoin, nor about your colleague's lack of enthusiasm. It's more about the fear of speaking to a larger public. Some get over that easier, some harder and I don't have a good advice for it. Maybe just break the ice and try to present something (even something else) to a bigger public, to try to get over the natural fear of being not listened or even being mocked in public. From what I know, one basic rule to start without really looking at them. Focus on your thoughts, not their faces. After the topic gets some traction and you have a clear idea what to tell next, you can move on to their faces too if you want to, but don't have too high expectations.
