1901  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: List of Avalon ASIC batch 3 orders on: March 26, 2013, 05:09:26 PM
with PSU  Shocked. I think Bitsyncom discourages PSU orders due to custom problems.
1902  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [AVALON] - I got my ASIC Thread (Batch #2) on: March 26, 2013, 03:54:09 AM
can anyone do the math on how much BTC one person can mine in a day if they start shipping batch 2 in April 15? and lets assume that BFL still hasn't ship...

There's a guy here by name organofcorti  who posted a graph of expected monthly difficult levels  levels. you can plug the difficulty levels into bitcoinx.com to figure our gains.
1903  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalons in Stock ag on: March 26, 2013, 12:50:40 AM
I assume you mean from batch 3 right?
Yeah Batch#3 still in stock. Did the Batch#3 number of units increase?

1908  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: FPGA Developers Help needed on: March 24, 2013, 07:21:17 AM
Are you interested in Hard-copy devices? I presume 28nm hard-copies would be equivalent / come ahead of current stock of 110nm ASICS.

1913  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Radeon 7990 `at' the wild on: March 21, 2013, 10:13:03 PM
alright just waiting for sub-'an arm and a leg' price

Running 2 7990 cards. These look like made of binned 7970, the ones with the lowest heat dissipation at given voltage / speed. They can be nicely overclocked in an open case to around 1100Mhz in a cool room ~70F. At 70 - 80F these are happy to run at 1GHz. The voltage of one core is adjustable but another core is locked (unfortunately). Speeds of both cores are adjustable.

Ok... the block chain is resyncing at the moment.  There's about 10k blocks left to go, and thing should start returning to normal.  Queued shares will be processing now for a little bit, so your stats will read wrong... most everything should be back to normal within the next couple hours in terms of the UI.  Please report any problems.

Please disregard any payout emails, they are inaccurate.

When will payout start functioning again? I received the payout email and no payout in my wallet. Will my real balance be recalculated?

Voting reset after the last week's flurry of orders.

Batch#3 orders being readied.
1918  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: store.avalon-asics.com - "prepping for batch #3" on: March 19, 2013, 03:03:53 AM
Price is supposed to be the same, $1500. It may have 6 slot capacity, as batch 2 orders could.

I'd really like to know, plus I'd like to know about the expansion cards. I've ordered every batch, and I'd like to order a large batch 3 order,10 units or more, plus enough cards to fill them all out.

All of that in spite of the lackluster support.
Did you get batch #1 shipped?
1919  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Thinking about these asics on: March 19, 2013, 12:46:36 AM
If I wanted to order from a company whose actually shipped something to someone, are there any choices other than avalon, who doesn't seem to be accepting orders right this moment?

Avalon is preparing Batch#3 be on the lookout
1920  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Seeking Advice -Which 7970 to buy now? on: March 19, 2013, 12:45:47 AM

That is the "Big Mac" version of the 7970 i think Smiley

I was hoping to make money, so I think I should look at the other ones....

It's a 2 x 7970. They have binned and used the best 7970 on this card.

I got this card a couple weeks ago, no regard for break-even, just want to mine w/least hassle. Runs very cool. Recommended. If I do anything else it'll prob be an FPGA on solar.
