support@ SP-30 is a good deal.
But I do not pay so much for things that have already been sold cheaply - SP-30 group buy
The SP30 sold in the GB was offered for $5,000. There was an additional deal for people that had a previous order with another ASIC manufacturer. So it's the same price as in the GB now. That's the beauty of the Group Buys, to get better prices and faster delivery than regular orders.

I ordered four units yesterday and confirmed my wire transfer. I have emailed but have not heard back. When can I expect to get these in the USA. I did not realize the jewish holidays may delay these and it did not say that on the site at all. Will you be shipping today?

Don't you use a failover pool? No, I didn't have one configured, I have one SP10 from the April batch and as hosting was temporal, we were only asked for an address for eligius, and I thought that in case of need I will be asked for another pool credentials due to monitoring. The problem is that nor I was notified (it seems I was out of the mailing list) nor I got the change request done in a timely manner (I must admit that I wrote to 3 SP personal directions instead of support as I didn't knew about that). But seems that SP is in charge, I was added to the mailing list and will be compensated (still unsure how) so I can not complaint.

I look forward to Antminer S3, which will be sold in a few months.
Should not be ignored - S2 is Upgradable All AntMiner S2 and S2 kit will be adapted to the Hash Boards with next generation chips. Clients can freely choose the upgrade version Hash Boards to replace the ones in hands.
So I buy only new blades for S2
Yes I feel the same way I wish I had oredered 2 sp30s instead of one, and picked the SP hosting instead of shipped to me Just got my latest scrypt power heating cooling bill and I cant see how adding another 2800Watt of consumtion will help my ROI's anytime soon

Spondoolies - got miners today and they are simply brilliant. Thanks a ton.
One question, what are the best settings in terms of difficutly level, etc.? I ask b/c I am seeing between 6-11% of errors on the shares mined.
Cheers.

All the other rates are on their website. 290$ per month is in a WA DC. The rates from their website is their own DC but it's meant to be used just as a temporary solution. I think that 1024 should be ok. Give it a bit of time because usually errors are high at start but they level down in a couple of hours.

Please try BTCGuild instead. Ask Eleuthria for access to the private server and you won't have to worry about downtime.

A few questions as a Miner who got in via Scrypt mining since I was told BitCoin wasn't profitable anymore but doing my own calculations, seeing that this was sort of a lie (Or at the very least, Spondoolies made it profitable again.) Excuse my ignorance if these questions have already been answered but I was trying to search through all 100+ pages of this post and didn't find any answers as of yet. I've already seen Spondoolies on CCN's website and people have already been posting reviews on this ASIC, so I'm assuming this ASIC company is already established and trust worthy manufacturer unlike the millions of ASIC companies popping up on Scrypt sites talking about how there taking pre-orders but still months away from launch. How long does it take to order an SP-10 Dawson from them (Does it have to ship from Isreal or do they have a local shipping site?) I've read that the SP-10 produces 45 db of noise yet some people are complaining this is too loud... Are they just hyper-sensitive of hearing or do they not have basements/living rooms to store these ASIC's? And are there any methods of lowering the noise levels if indeed they are louder then 45 db? (I live in NYC so 45 is REALLY quiet even for night time here) I've also read that the units get really hot underneath, and I was interested in getting racks for multiple units, but how do the units not burn each other (Or at the very least cause overheating) if there stacked on top of one another? Any information or help at all would be greatly appreciated as someone who's been taught since entering ASIC mining to ignore SHA-256 and focus purely on Scrypt.

Yes, they are real... the company and the product. It takes about 5 minutes to order one on their website. You can pay either via BTC or bank transfer (USD/Euros). BTC orders are processed pretty much immediately. Bank transfers take about 2 days to clear. Shipping is from Israel. If you order now, you'll get the June batch, which is going to start shipping next week. From the time I placed my order until the time it arrived at my door was 8 days, which included a 2 day wait for the bank transfer to clear, and the Memorial Day weekend. I live in south Jersey, near Philly, so should give you an idea. 45db of noise? Maybe when it's off... lol. These are loud - closer to 80db. Yes, you can lower the hash rate / fan speeds via the web interface. This brings it from jet engine to loud vacuum cleaner. The units get hot, but as long as you have ample cooling in your racks, you'll be fine.

The hard thing about the noise for me is the screaming quality to it. Other air cooled asics have a clean-whitenoise sound that isn't that bothersome to me. The SP10 squeals/whistles at a high, oscillating pitch. I can't be in the same room as it for too long, and that is even at its lowest fan setting.
I'd put spacing between the units, (and ideally move air through that space somehow) I suggest not stacking them on each other. They do get very, very hot, particularly on the bottom.
Spondoolies has fast shipping... it took me about a week to get my SP10, and that was with a problem with bitpay that delayed it a couple of days.
If you have american outlets, be aware... the performance suffers on 110v outlets. If you are going that route, I suspect other mining manufacturers might be a better deal for you.
Also be aware that, in the past, spondoolies had a dramatic price cut when they had units in stock, as opposed to preorder. I was very disappointed to order a preorder one, have my order delayed a few days due to problems with bitpay, and just as it gets sorted out, Guy lowered the price of the SP10 by about 12%, while I had to pay full price.
The SP10 is a very well engineered miner, but it is for a very specific application: being in a hosted environment with high voltage plugs, where noise does not matter. If you are not deploying it in such a setting, I suggest only getting one right now, not multiples, to see if it meets your needs.
