3861  Economy / Economics / Re: Successful bitcoin entrepreneurs? on: January 21, 2017, 10:06:33 PM
If you are earning at least 0.5 BTC per month, can you share with us your story?
How did you start?
What do you think is the key to be successful?

It might inspire others and it can also help to promote your business.

From where I am, 0.5btc is alot of money that can change one lifestyle when converted to Fiat over here and I dont expect people to share their stories so we could tap into it and make more but I think the onus is really on us to find our own path ourselves because what works for Mr A in far away in India might not work for Mr B is South Africa but one thing I know that is general to those Entrepreneur we are looking up to that some are making even more than that amount is their INTEGRITY, DEDICATION and COMMITMENT because without that one wont last even on this forum to even rank up to a Legendary position to make like 0.2btc a month without any negative trust then those things will be complete.

For me, I am still looking forward to earning that amount though.
3862  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How i can Start Trading !!!! on: January 21, 2017, 09:56:51 PM
Greetings! ,

I am Annie , yes i am new at this forum but playing dice is my habit since two years , and i am top 3rd player at crypto-games.net

i daily read about altcoins trading and yes in these days buying and selling altcoins , at yobit, poloniex and bittrex.

In Short, my question is this still i am unable to get profit, so please i need help and suggestions and if someone wants to tell me any secret then sure i will pay for it.

Thanks

You have started already but you dont know it yet because by taking the first step in creating the Thread is a step in the right direction the next thing is moving in that light and be determined to get through it no matter the challenges because it might get rough and might be discouraging.

SO gather your energy to read there are various thread on the subject matter you raised which have been attended to by Pros in the art of trading so go read them up to update yourself first then you can now come back to the point of taking action on buying the right coin or selling at the right time but at the same time be ready for the risk that you will take because that is what will decide whether you are ready for this or just wishing.
3863  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: January 21, 2017, 09:50:07 PM
That's right investment will work for you only if you invest at the right place and only if that particular investment performs better in future, but with trading you can make some really good profits on regular basis if you have done good home work before entering into it and its better to start with a small capital at initial stage to gain experience.

The issue here is knowing the right place to invest because without that playing gamble or putting money in HYIP or simply throwing it away will worth more. Like going to invest in one cloud mining site that will take forever to ROI. I would have gone for trading OP had a pre-requisite knowledge about trading at the same time be ready to engage in serious research and analysis or else one will not be better off than the previous position but for investing I would suggest crowdfunding or bankrolling in some reputable site and by that, one is sure of some returns at the end of a particular period of time.
3864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you do when BTC shoots up? on: January 21, 2017, 09:42:13 PM
The important thing is being ready to make a decision because one can never tell what will happen the nest minute in the sense that the next minute could turn out to be better or turn out to be worse but instinct is what matters and be ready to live with the aftermath of the decision of whether selling or holding that might happen. For me, in the last all time high that was experienced, I was confused whether to sell or not because I had read some predictions about what usually happen, when prices go that high but the moment I thought of selling when I come back to check the price soar but the night before the crash I just made up my mind to sell the following morning it was a free fall.

During low price now, I buy at the same time gather the little I can and wait for the right time to sell.
3865  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How would buying property play out with crypto? on: January 21, 2017, 12:00:24 PM

How would buying property play out with crypto? as in would you need a specialist crypto lawyer to complete the transaction? what if the person you buy property from is terrible on secuirty and 1 day later they get hacked can they come after you saying you sent them fake payment or some BS..

If you happen to be in a country in which crypto is accepted as a form of currency then you can just buy and pay with it and the function of a lawyer is not too difficult just to prepare the papers and stand as a witness then no problem. On the issue of them getting attacked after you have fulfill your own obligation is just like saying I gave you money to for a service then you keep in the bank after which the bank get attacked how then is my own problem with that. I dont see any issue there whatsoever and I am sure its part of what the lawyer will agree to and since its cryto is accepted in the first place I am sure block trail will serve as evidence that you actually paid in case any issue arise.
3866  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: January 21, 2017, 11:04:37 AM
There are many, many reasons why people don't get Bitcoin or don't believe in bitcoin.
i think that people don't know about bitcoin because there is a few place that introduce bitcoin into public and people still thinking that bitcoin is just a part of internet and maybe they don't know that bitcoin can be a way for them to make money.
How many bitcoin users honestly believe in the bright future of bitcoin?
It's very hard to say.

You are very correct with your conclusion that people have several excuses for not using bitcoin and I will say mine from over here and I will ascribe it to the following reasons

1. The exposure is still quite low as people really dont know that there is a digital currency called bitcoin and to the few who have heard about it dont really have the mind to go into it.

2. The bad name in which others using the bitcoin have named it, for example those hYIps that have used it to scam people so in some people mind, anything relating to internet money is scam

3. Government attitude to the subject matter which at the moment is not very friendly which wull even discourage someone who has been curios about the matter in the first instance.
3867  Economy / Economics / Re: whether bitcoin influence on the world economy? on: January 21, 2017, 09:15:42 AM

possible bitcoin prices affect the world economy?
such as the high price of bitcoin again, if the price of the price of basic commodities will go up?

give your opinion?

There is a possibility to that and its even making it happen now to the extent that in few years to come it might even threaten the world economic order and that is why governments that are hostile or discouraging its citizen to use the  digital currency are trying every means to kill it because they have for seen that if this trend is going unchecked then we might have ourselves to blame. From the loss of revenue to the loss of control of the populace if they are able to control their own finance among other things that might happen.
3868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin the best cryptocurrency what so ever? on: January 20, 2017, 09:01:14 PM
I wanna know if Bitcoin is the best, the most secure, the speediest and the most precious currency right now, because there are many many currencies available and each offer some promises.

Is it logical to work with one or is it safe to somehow use several? Can anyone help me out?

I will say in bitcoin is the best crypto currency we have around because of its value and the influence its getting which even making other Alt the exposure they are getting as some people dont even know other crypto exist aside bitcoin.

In the case of speed, that cannot be separated from bitcoin because in the recent transactions that I have engaged in, in matter of minutes the btc got delivered from the far most part of the world.

On the issue of being safe, since I am not engaging in anything illegal and also not working against government then bitcoin is safe enough for me but for others, I am sure they cant say same.
3869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Worldwide! on: January 20, 2017, 08:43:37 PM
Are there countries that do not accept Bitcoin? I mean no idea regarding it. What do you think will happen to Bitcoin 5years from now? I'm not asking you to be a psychic to see the future. I'm asking about your idea about Bitcoin's future. TIA!

Currently, there is no country that has recognized bitcoin as a legal tender but in the USA there have been some pronouncements in court cases about recognising it as a currency but that does not necessarily means money. Also recently Israel agree to recognise it as property among other specifics to individual countries but that does means its not accepted as we have so many exchangers that accepts and then convert to Fiat. In the future, I see more challenges coming from government because of the fact if they are unable to track the movement of bitcoin, then they will capitalise on the issue of money laundering, terrorism financing to wage a war against bitcoin.
3870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is being told to people in High Schools about Bitcoin on: January 20, 2017, 08:34:50 PM
Over here, I can say to the best of my knowledge, nothing is being said about bitcoin in high school even in the university, only few people who are into online business can say something satisfactory about bitcoin. The question is who will even teach about bitcoin in our high schools when bitcoin just started getting popular in 2010 and the teachers in our high school have had their education in the 1990s or 1980s in and more importantly the syllabus is their constitution which in this case the issue about bitcoin is definitely missing.
3871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: January 20, 2017, 08:28:41 PM
How will bitcoin even make the banking system disappear is something I am still trying to figure out but I see the banking system embracing the blockchain infrastructure for the safety of the customers deposit and investment from cyber attacks but overtaking of the sysytem by bitcoin is not happening the banking system not only have they not been with us for ages, they also have the support of government which gave it the legitimacy in which bitcoin is yet to get. If that is settled then we can see some competition but not now.
3872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin price and gambling on: January 20, 2017, 06:22:39 AM
The relevance of bitcoin price to gambling is what I don't understand because bitcoin itself is a currency you deposit to wager and when you win you withdraw you bitcoin whether the value is $1000 or $100 it does not matter so far you are not withdrawing fiat instead of btc. Also if the value of btc should increase not only in your wallet it increases its general and it affects the gambling site as well. And finally its the multiplying effect of what one puts in he will get you cant put 0.001btc now and expect the multiplying effect of 0.05btc. Its just not possible.
3873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your game and why? on: January 20, 2017, 06:13:02 AM
My game is sports betting because its the only game to me that gives flexibility as well take away the stress of figuring out which way to go me. The reasons are

The odds are set out for the favorites and if its close, I then use my instincts based on who is playing home, past activities etc.

I dont have to be there 24/7 to win just place my bet, then come back after 90 mins to know if I win or not.

The results is general all over as a site cannot claim I lost, while another site will claim someone else wins with the same game and choosing the same team.
3874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone ever stop gambling? but then gamble again? on: January 20, 2017, 06:08:34 AM
Its a coo on thing to see one going back to gambling after a ferocious determination of not going back. It has happened to me and the reasons are not far fetched which mostly are two.

1. When the last one is a winning then you decide whether I can just try it again and make some cool money then bolt out if that happens then the sweetness sets in and continuation continues.

2. When the last is equally a loss after being pained and recovered then the feeling comes " I can recover my money from this people with interest as well" then zoom of to play again.

Two reasons I have found myself leave then come back again.
3875  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Supload - Share and earn bitcoin ? on: January 19, 2017, 07:52:51 PM
I has saw few minutes ago about this services, looks good concept by sharing revenue, but I'm not see how they earn money, ads? I'm not see an ads placed on their site Huh
They have poor FAQ, not really clear explanation.
I'm in research to this site.

The reason why that is still happening is because the site is trying to generate traffic to the site and by so doing the money will come in but I dont see it different from all the PTCs will have around that also pay in btc because there is different between btc and few satoshis that they are promising. I hope the reward will not be too low when the site come fully into operation.

I am sure OP will look into your observations and equally make necessary adjustment to the FAQ section.
3876  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo will start charging a fee to receive transactions on: January 19, 2017, 07:44:53 PM
Xapo must get income from their service if they want be survive on their business,
although it is become bad news for costumer's xapo because as you said
many people who receive small amount of transactions ( usually bitcoins from faucets website)
but there are no other choice for xapo keeps alive and they starts charging fees is normal.

I agree with you whether they start now or later, they will still need to charge money for their service even when someone told or I read it somewhere that to transfer on Xapo is even free I was surprised and was wondering how they generate money to pay for the maintenance of their infrastructures or the miners like blockchain does but its all good as I dont see the fee not affordable, the issue i will have is if they still want to add another charge on transfer of bitcoin then I see people trooping out of Xapo. But what is not clear is that will it be charge on the receiver or the sender?
3877  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: January 19, 2017, 07:35:46 PM
There are several ways one can make money depending on how much you want to make, the time available to you, and the risk you are willing to take.

If you have enough time and the amount you want to make is just not too much with no risk at all, I will suggest claiming faucets. This could be tiring and frustrating but keep up the good work. Another is signature campaigns.

The other with moderate risk is going the way of trading but this is skill dependent.

The one with high risk toand high return to me is gambling. Go for it make money faster and be prone to losing it faster.
3878  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: January 19, 2017, 07:23:00 PM
Even if bitcoin leaves to be $10000 and move to $20000 fiat will won't and will never be worthless because no matter how you paint it the population involved in fiat out weight those involved in bitcoin in which government will pick over those involved with bitcoin. Part of the power of a country is determined by the value of the currency then if the Fiat should lose value, it means government have failed woefully and the economy has gone hay wire.

And also, the reason why btc will go that high will be because the coins available is now more than those demanding and not necessary to dislodge Fiat.
3879  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: January 19, 2017, 07:17:54 PM
Anyone thinking bitcoin or any digital currency currently in this cryto-world is actually not being truthful to himself or herself because government of this day if their interest will not be protected, nothing will pass no matter how innovative the project is and from the way bitcoin is, I am sure government interest is not put in mind by the developers so on the alternative if the whole world is drifting towards digital currency then countries will start developing theirs as well.
3880  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Taxes on Bitcoin on: January 19, 2017, 11:40:20 AM
Taxes on bitcoin is actually a dicey area for most governments of the world since its not something that has been with us for ages or time immemorial and this is something facing even the advanced countries in terms of technologies and expertise not to talk of developing countries and third world countries but I see government finding a way around the blockchain technology by getting their own share of the cake by making everyone declare his or her income from whatever means whether electronic or physical with that they get to tax bitcoin in an indirect manner.
