I would like to know if there is anything at all that is place as any form or regulation against the random closure of accounts. Are they not needed to justify the closure of any accounts or provide some kind of notice to the user before starting the proceedings to either freeze or close accounts.

You might be in the wrong thread.

Cryptsy didnt close your account. They raped everyone and put them all to bed wet.

I seriously am not able to stop laughing at your statement. But on a more serious note that is very sad indeed especially for the retail investors like us who just want to put our money into a safe place and make more money out of whatever little we have. Very sad indeed.

if you do not want to look after your own money and give it to an exchange or bank this is what happens

protect your money, hunt down anyone that takes it (and destroy them so they do not do it again).

wake up to the real world dog eat dog, eye for an eye, and unleash hell on anyone in your way

if you believe someone is out there to help you WAKE UP!

Yes, this means you should never put any money in any exchange no matter what.

You want to trade, dont do it.
You want to sell some off to pay bills? Never!

As soon as you try to do anything with your coins, you are an idiot for ever taking them out of your wallet, and deserve to lose them.
Matter of fact, you should have triple encrypted wallet in a safe that cant ever be opened by anyone ever. Then they will be safe as they can be.

Im sure this poster agrees with me, but cant reply seeing how they are chasing all over the planet to kill everyone who ever wronged them in any way.
Spending years hunting down the clerk at the local shop for shorting him 5 pence for a drink takes lots of effort.

late reply soz

just bumped into a kid from high school from 20 years ago who took my lunch money, no more troubles there

actually now paying lunch for the rest of my life, lease him out for various things

so choice

seriously though hot tip, ...expect to lose some money... (diversify), as always banks and exchanges are needed for what you want them to do.

but inevitably, as always one of them ends up taking you for a ride. history.
