everything fine here did you lock your wallet without checking for staking only?
Locking shouldnt reset the maturity of the coins. Ill have to wait 24 hours to check if happens again.

Try opening the comandline interface in the wallet and type repairwallet. I might solve your problem.

"wallet check passed" : true
Its actually still not staking.
A few days ago or so i reorganized the coins. (Date: 26.07.2016 09:25) Instead of having hundreds of small chunks i grouped them in bigger. Seems the wallet splits big chunks into size of 25K.
So now i have a bunch of those instead of a ton of small ones.
They matured for 1 day and started staking.. then yesterday suddenly immature again.
I'm wondering if the immature state is actually just reflecting the state of the PoS block you generated. I don't use the GUI client so im not really sure what that shows, however looking at a PoS block I'v just earned it shows as immature. user@pi:~ $ ~/evergreencoind listtransactions "" 1 { "category" : "immature", "amount" : 0.49594520, "confirmations" : 58, "generated" : true, }
(various fields removed) a short while later I had { "category" : "generate", "amount" : 0.49594520, "confirmations" : 62, "generated" : true, }
this occurred around an hour after the the PoS block was created.

That was only the coins I'd earned from PoS that were immature. I think how often you get a PoS block depends (at least in part) on how many coins you've got. After moving some coins around I've been getting a PoS block every day on one system. 4326.63747906,"receive","2016-07-27T13:11:21Z" 0.9809589,"generate","2016-07-28T17:33:46Z" 0.4959452,"generate","2016-07-29T22:14:49Z" 0.63249315,"generate","2016-07-30T06:08:40Z"
On another system with only a few coins it's takign a few days to get a PoS block (don't yet have anything decent to copy and paste)

Ive now split them up into smaller groups.. I didnt know the pos reward ended in the same coingroup making the whole group immature. Which kinda sux if u have a lot.

My coins above are all in one group, AIUI once you get a successful stake that coin group goes to the back of the queue, the rate you go through the queue depends on the number of coins in the group. For those 4300EGC my reckoning was that I should average just under 1EGC/day, That might appear as bigger PoS payouts less regularly or smaller PoS payouts more regularly. The number is based on (coins * PoS Interest).

Had to reorganize as it was 1000s of groups making a heavy load on the wallet. After reorganizing them a few days ago, its been immature or like now only 800.

Does anyone have an updated seed list? My wallet went offline this morning and has 0 active connections. Btw, I'm really happy to see how far the community has come in such a short period of time.

Hello everyone! I have returned from my journey. Many thanks to everyone for being the helpful community you always are in my absence.
Frostminer, sorry I have been away with spotty cellular service during this issue you are experiencing. This does seem to be an odd occurrence for the code you have raised. I have had to regroup coins many, many times with the foundation's wallet, for the same heavy load on the wallet you have cited, and never seen coins go immature after being confirmed. When I do this, I send the coins to an actual different wallet, not just a new address in the same wallet. This cleans up the inputs.
As far as gaining more stake weight, therefor increasing the frequency of your PoS installments, coin age, measured in days, is the biggest factor. For this reason it is often times best not to regroup unless you can do so before the coins acquire much age because the age is reset to zero days when moved. I do realize you felt regrouping the coins was needed for wallet performance Frostminer, I just wanted to make that point known. But yes, after doing so your stake weight would be greatly reduced because all accumulated coin age, the biggest factor, is lost and reset to zero days. Of course, coins would be immature from moving, to an address of the same wallet or different, until confirmed but then they should never be immature until moved again. You would need to surpass the 24 hour minimum stake age before they start staking after moving coins.
At this time, if you still are experiencing this very odd issue frostminer, I would suggest moving the coins to a completely new wallet.dat file.

-Clay Hi Clay! A list of seeds is not needed. The seednodes are built into the wallet. If you have old nodes in your conf file, it is best to remove them and discover peers from the seednodes. Have you upgraded to version 1.3 ? If not, you do need to do so as older wallets are now obsolete and will not function properly. If you have upgraded and still have 0 connections, I would suggest closing the wallet, deleting the peers.dat file, and then relaunching the wallet. Be patient, it will discover peers.

I can confirm that just leaving it alone for a while, it found peers to connect to. Not sure why it lost the connection to begin with, though. It's been connected, ever since I updated to the newest version.

-Clay Hmm, I just checked the seednodes, the network looks solid and I have 29 connections local. Glad it sorted out for you however.
