ya sites still down  I know. Sucks. My money is stuck on the site till it is back up. Yes mine too. It would be nice if in the future BVC would post a notice on either this forum and/or the website PRIOR to going down for maintenance for such an extended period of time. |

Tried the site for the first time and I like that you guys have 0 confirmation policy. Also I was lucky to hit a 9 line win with a .05 profit in one spin with a .002 bet on your slots really made my day.  Here's my proof for the haters and manage to cash out .078 including my deposit. |

Serious? Bad UI design, extremely ugly. Would have to agree. The site does look really old-school with it's user interfaces. However, but at the same time it does not seem to be that hard to understand. Actually, it seems pretty easy to play at on first visiting itself. I tried it and won a full house just after a few games. |

Hey Tom I just sent you an email I actually just hit 25 Bitcoins playing slots on the Android app and I waited for the confirmations I withdrew the coins to my wallet and it says that they were sent but like there's no record of it and it's not showing up in my wallet should I be nervous or because I'm really nervous

Was a good site but lately plagued by latency issues and I've had something like 20 Craps session losses in a row so not sure what's going on with the random seeds - that shouldn't be possible.
I'm going to move on past this one and find another site but good luck out there.

Hi Walden, Sometimes our system waits for one confirmation for transactions that are marked as high risk for double spends, but most deposits are still credited instantly. The double spend risk is nothing you need to be concerned about yourself, it's just a technical issue with how some Bitcoin transactions are sent. You can normally get around this by ensuring that an appropriate fee is added to the transaction prior to sending, and ensuring that the deposit comes from a single address rather than a number of change addresses. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause! |

These days most casinos have moved away from the 0 confirmations to the 1 confirmation policy is because its very easy to do a double spend OR send fund an account with 0 mining fees and get a refund after 2-3 days. So don't be surprised but most casinos these days do this to protect themselves.

Ah, the issue there is likely because you spent funds from an unconfirmed transaction and our system picked that up as unusual! If you ensure that your BVC deposits come from addresses in which the BTC are fully confirmed prior to sending them to us you shouldn't have many issues, if any. Out of interest, what's the wallet where you purchase your BTC? It'd be interesting to know so we can advise our players to use a different service if that one causes issue.
