still in fluctuation i guess bitcoin still in good in terms of investment right now, i better keep my btc and ride with the price rise up then after all the fluctuation i will chek again eth and if i see good movement i will try place some of my earnings coming from btc investment.

You should put your investment in ETH, the price is not that stable yet but the current price now is telling profit. It will not fall back anymore as it is already due to increase in the days or months to come.

I still think it will drop after the hard fork but really, perhaps it even rallies, the ETH community proved to have very strong hands and really believe in the ETH team...plus they have miners on their side so not sure if it'll go below 5 bucks and lower as we all though initially.

I still think it will drop after the hard fork but really, perhaps it even rallies, the ETH community proved to have very strong hands and really believe in the ETH team...plus they have miners on their side so not sure if it'll go below 5 bucks and lower as we all though initially.

Patience, patience. It's locked in a powerful downtrend right now (rejected twice now by the 200-day SMA for example) and it should be heading further south in the coming months. Whether it goes to five dollars is sort of dependent on BTC price, as that's where the majority of trade happens.

Indeed. It's a fantastic time to diversify and consolidate your long position on ETH. Clear buy signals from the market as we go move to fork. If successful expect to see the price soar especially as BTC is so overvalued right now. A lot of BTC sellers will lock in their profits with ETH buys post-fork.

I think the bitcoin at $650 is rightly priced. If it drops to $500, it is undervalued, I will buy some bitcoin.

Well if those are the options then it's a clear buy, you need to talk percentages hehe. I think there's a strong chance for a rally after the hard fork, perhaps a strong bull trap but a rally either way. The HF will remove FUD and will let Ethereum start fresh and focusing on their roadmap.

Of course, like I said, price should be back to sub $5 by now if crypto was a little more logical, ETH accomplishes nothing, it's only about potential and if you ask me, that potential took a huge hit after the biggest "smart" contract was hacked while approved and audited by ETH devs...

It's also known as growing pains and is similar to what Bitcoin has gone through and is going through. Crypto wasn't built in a day and neither will crypto.

-Who did Vitalik sell all those coins to?
-What kind of deals with what kind of corporations did the foundation have?

I was always inclined to think that the hack was a inside job, something is seriously up and we may know some details in the future. As for the run-up well I think that was all organic market flow really, a lot of ETH was locked in the DAO, Bitcoin was rallying close to $800 so I think it was just a logical ETH was valued at $20 in that time really. And basically the price didn't move in terms of BTC, it just held, so the "rally" was only in terms of USD.
