ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH?

I'd have thought more shorts would've covered, but there's still way too many open. The Eth whales are in total control.

Opened a small one from 225 and close it at 215 after I saw BTC falling, glad I got out in time. I think shorting above $15 is safe if you leverage it well and are willing to hold but the loan rates have gone up obviously so that sucks.

I would probably be tempted to start shorting at 260-270. It also depends what BTC does. I now have no doubts that this is clear and HUGEEEE (imitates Trump) manipulation.

I would not touch ETH now, lucky are those who bought at the lower price, ETH back up on it's best price and that is good for the holders who does not dump when crisis happens.

This is great for ETH and maybe I will wait until another fall back will happen and try my luck for the very first time.

The difficulty is dropping now. That is mainly driven by the price drop. Miner will not mine it if it is not more profitable.

Just wanted to say "what a mess"...I still can't believe ETH price still remains unaffected and above $10. Unless they come up with some actual usable mainstream dapp or dao in the future (Augur, Akasha, Gnosis, whatever) the future looks grim.

Say what you will and I'm still very skeptic about Steemit long term but I've never seen so many non-crypto people flocking in and attention from the mainstream (especially WOMEN, which in my opinion is the most important and difficult users to get). If it turns out to be another disaster like the DAO (look how that affected ETH and BTC rally to a certain extent) it could make the whole market crumble to its knees due to credibility.

Did you guys read about the former ETH founder returning to join ETC team? He must be the hacker!

Why are you surprised? ETH has some major financial backers right now and for anyone holding ETH the Hardfork was a success. The ETH community and devs are pulling together moving onto the next Ethereum release.

You are right about the ETH. But even the ETC has some some value around $1, why should the ETH not have any vaule?

Wow. I have to say the Ethereum subreddit is now officially the biggest echo chamber I have ever seen. I am pretty sure it is a few people using multiple reddit accounts to post but seriously.
