Does it mean investors are selling the bitcoin and convert into the Ethereum as its community are more robust? |

Does it mean investors are selling the bitcoin and convert into the Ethereum as its community are more robust? Looks very much so. I've even bought some more ETH on the back of the successful hard fork as its a major positive in how the community worked together and responded. |

Hehe, zombie-cat lurch, I like that. Agreeing with you the btc downtrend is inversely correlated with the ETH spike, wondering still if this weekend we are going to see a huge correction or not. Forgive my paranoia, but something about this just doesn't seem right. I can't put my finger on it. But I have to give ETH its props, or the Navy Seal elite level pump team that is supporting ETH. I publically called a crash. I've been eating my hat the last few days. Even if it is disgenuine, it's happening according to the chart. This reaffirms some of my conclusions about investors in this asset class, and disappoints me at the same time  but I'm not a dick, I love to see people make money. C.R.E.A.M. I smell something fishy, but I can't figure out what it is. |

But if this is no manipulation we all have to agree that ETH is here to stay, we started discussing the bubble when it was $1-2 I think. ETH had a lot price fluctuations but I think it's time to admit that it's becoming a true contender to Bitcoin and that's not an easy task to achieve. Even if it goes back to a more sane price of $5-7 per ETH, it will still be huge. I think this will happen after all this hype wear off, there are some new ETH projects coming up like Augur, Gnosis, etc but I'm not sure how many people will invest heavily after the DAO debacle. |

Last chance to get out before the long winter ...
The weak hands will be shaken put the tree. Who cares really anyway as ETH is a long term hodl. That could be right. After this fork, it showed that the Ethereum community can unite and do something useful. Yeah , if all of those who were working for ethereum once again together start working for that coin and invest their money back to it then I think will gain its lost position. But still it will take sometime for the people to trust on it once again. |

I'm guessing now that it passed the crisis we can only see the price to grow over time or it might drop to 1 sat? I really don't get it what is it that makes people to show interest in some coins and not others? how can they know that developers Will not run away with their money or are we all like sheep? to follow blindly? because not every one goes and spends time to check the code and play detective all the time on some coins but only a few and still people just look at ups and downs of some coin and decide whether or not buy or sell. I think I answered my own question   |

Many large exchanges have already find the potential of Ethereum and added Eth before. So this time, it might not have big effect. |

Opened a small one from 225 and close it at 215 after I saw BTC falling, glad I got out in time. I think shorting above $15 is safe if you leverage it well and are willing to hold but the loan rates have gone up obviously so that sucks. I would probably be tempted to start shorting at 260-270. It also depends what BTC does. I now have no doubts that this is clear and HUGEEEE (imitates Trump) manipulation. |

already done that when price was .005 (18th August 15) took back my initial fund + nice profit, now holding two bags 1 for future(to the moon) and another for moar profit!  i know i delayed by a year to make profit but patience pays right ? |

That is mainly due to the trading of the ETC. That could be a good strategy. The Ehteruem price rose a quite a lot in the last few days. It might need some correction. |
