XVG is just unstoppable. Stay tuned for more inovations in the future.  Nice...I dont understand why people start dumping immedietly when its starts to raise a little... Verge beign 0,004 is still so low, yet people start major dumping... I dont understand... They get scared. Most have become day traders. Those day traders are going to be pretty pist when this coin hits $.009 in the next two days. I'd buy and leave it for a month and watch the profits roll in. They have a new announcement next week! |

There are just sooooooooooo many coins circulating. The price will never get high enough due to the number of coins. Nakamoto found a sweet spot with around 21 million coins. Check out -REMOVED- coin which also provides security over the TOR network, just with the correct amount of coins.

But, the problem is, people still think the number of coins is limiting when, in reality it is not. Might take longer to get there but, solid projects will produce high value in the long run regardless of coin count. Look at Ripple, over 38 billion circulating and over 99 billion total supply with a recent high of .44 USD. Ripple has many more coins then Verge and higher value. Might not be the best example but, there are others. Never assume anything in crypto. Consider what your holdings will be worth when Verge is .44 USD... |

Once I download the Verge Debian Wallet and extract the contents, I get VERGEd and VERGE-qt. What now?
Are they the compiled executables for the daemon and the gui wallet? Do I just make them executable (chmod u+x)and run them?

yes those are compiled binaries. although if you're running debian you could just compile it yourself, its fairly quick and easy. |

I am wondering why Verge hasn't been adopted as much with a lot of results backing it (based on the illustration presented here). I hope someone gives more info on its use cases so I can help spread the word about it.

Verge has almost doubled in a week now. I guess you should have some patience, coins normally don't go up in a straight line. Haha yeah you are right, and if they do then they usually fall down a long way after that. Slow and steady is much more stable. |
