New miner here and I have been reading and reading but can't figure this out,
I am using your Dual miner which is pretty sweet, but I cant seem to get SIACoin to go past 400MH/s I turned the -di up all the way to 500. If I use the marlin miner, I get all the way up to 600 MH/s using a single M970m.
Yes, I am using a laptop, amateur I know
Could this be due to mining dual currencies?

What driver is the best for GTX 1060? Thanks
im using the last driver for all 12 gtx 1060 3gb i got. overclock 170 core and 950 memory getting 23.5 eth mining claymore stable 90 w from the wall Thanks for answer. On my 3gb 1060 I can run 23.5 too but getting lot of incorrect shares. So I have to stick with +100 core and +450 mem getting 21 Mhs and 65W from wall. What is your card model exactly?

I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question or raised earlier. While I did see people posting similar questions before, none of the answers could solve my problem. Would really appreciate your help.
Using Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v9.4 to mine ether and encounter the following errors.
opencl error -61 cannot allocate big buffer for dag opencl error -38 cannot write buffer for DAG
Here is my .bat file:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool us1.ethermine.org:14444 -ewal 0x41042a8eaec4f69fc902effe134b29577b0d70f0.Rig1 -epsw x
I have set my virtual memory to 16GB
and graphics card information:
AMD Radeon HD 7570 Total Available Graphics Memory: 4841 MB Dedicated Video Memory: 1024 MB System Video Memory: 0 MB Share System Memory: 3817 MB
Any idea what went wrong? Thanks.

In a couple of days I will release new version of the miner and EthMan v3.1, I still cannot reproduce this issue for some reason but I improved network code, it must help.
great, thanks! Is there anything I can do to assist in tracing the cause? I've noticed this issue occasionally on past versions, and with the latest release I seem to be able to reliably reproduce it whenever there are multiple offline rigs. I just did a test with a brand new config file, 10 new miner entries. 5 pointing to unused local IPs, 5 pointing to IPs of active rigs running ETH 9.3 & 9.4 Crashed within minutes, reproduced using the same config on three different machines running a mix of Windows 10 and Win 7 x64

Low hashrate on Win 10 / GTX970
Stick to the 37X.XX drivers, I reckon that's the issue. I was using 2 of them 970 not a long time ago, and they can achieve 24MH/s. Hmm. Nope. Downgraded the Nvidia driver to 378.92 and still 3 Mh/s. 372.54 worked perfectly for me, but I'm on win7, so might be that.

Any suggestions why (after 3 hours of steady mining) I got this message: Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 0 Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 6 Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 12 Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 18 Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 24 Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 30 Cannot get Overdrive capabilities for adapter 36 Same problem with a 2 rx480 cards rig. Any reasons why this problem occurs after an hour or two or three? What is the solution?

Hi I am having trouble with setting a stop temperature and restarting the miner. In my command line I have "-wd 1 -r 1 -tstop 90" I have a reboot.bat(windows 10) file with a shutdown command in the same directory. When I hit the bat it will shutdown the computer. For testing purposes I am using -tstop 55. It stops mining correctly but how to I get it to execute the reboot.bat file? What am I doing wrong? thanks

havent seen this answer yet, hoping for quick clarification.
I have 3 rx 480s and, newly acquired, for ethereum mining with Claymore's. I am trying to find a way to write bat files that lets me game on the top 2 480s while 24/7 mining with the 3rd card. Essentially I need crossfire to ignore the 3rd card so it can mine without screwing up my gaming. I am on windows 7 64-bit
When I'm not gaming ill mine with all 3 480s.
Is anyone able to help with this conundrum? Seems like it should be simple but I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

I have a biostar TB250 BTC MB and 6 Aorus RX580 GPUs. I am running 17.5.2 drivers on Windows 10 pro. Windows will recognize all 6 cards. Claymore 9.4 will start with 4 cards, but when there are 5 or 6 it will not get past the initializing OpenCL.
Any idea what is causing this? I have a work trip this week and would like to get this fixed before I leave for it.
I will pay a consulting fee if someone can help me. PM me for details.
Thanks

Why does Claymore remove my first pool in epools.txt? Hey guys newb here researching mining and cryptos lately. Question about a dual-miner like this; Since PoS is coming soon, will this mining software (or similar) be changed to replace the Eth part of the mining with another coin? That way mining rigs can retain more value after PoS. Thanks.

Claymore,
There's a bug in the Monitor. Rig profiles get screwed up when font is changed...at least I think that's what's doing it. It blows away some of the rig sets. Other times it doesn't save the window frame and set. Buggy.
Can we get a fix soon?
Thx.

Yes, it would be great. I was talking about it with Claymore about 1.5 month ago, but it seems the support for RX460 is still not there. And what about RX 560? BTW: how did you achieve 15Mhs from it??

Hello everyone. I have a problem with one of my rigs. I get the ""WATCHDOG: GPU 0 hangs in OpenCL call, exit" problem after about 20-60 min running the claymore miner. It started tough with that my miner was loosing internet connection after running a while. When i fixed that by installing new network adapter drivers, the connection was stable but the GPU´s started to give 0.00 mh´s after a while, until getting the error message. I did overclock the rig in the beggining, but i have reseted the MSI afterburner settings to default and i also did a bios mod, but i flashed the cards back to the original bios. I also dont think that the bios mod was the problem, because i have 3 more rigs with rx 470 with the same mod, and they all work great. Specs: Intel Celeron G1840 Processor Asrock H81 Pro BTC motherboard 6x AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB 4GB DDR3 Memory 60GB SDD Harddisk 1000W Gold power supply Windows 10 operating system I have already tried to:- Run the miner with the gser and eser commands and have also tried both dual and solo mining(both have same problems). - fresh install of both operating system and Gpu drivers (first gpu drivers with DDU and after that operating system). - Checked every riser, but they all work on a diffrent system so thats not the problem. - Setting virtual memory to atleast 16000 - Tried old claymore miners, from 6.3 and up, same problem. I dont really know what to do at this point, would really appreciate help if someone knows what might be causing this. leave 1 card only, remove other cards a mine for 2 hours. If the miner does not crash replace the card and repeat the test. If you do not find a "faulty card" by trying all 6 then start adding cards - two for 2 hours, 3 for 2 hours, 4 for 2 hours, 5 for 2 hours and finally 6. Post the results of these tests here.

372.54 worked perfectly for me, but I'm on win7, so might be that.
I thought on Win 7 there wouldn't be any hash rate issues at all. Oh man... Somehow I get the impression that it's running for 90% of the Win 10 users by now and for some it "just" doesn't work. But there MUST be a reason! edit: - Used driver 368.81 (as proposed by Claymore's miner) - still 3 Mh/s. - Using the Cuda 6.5 version also didn't help
