dwarfpool setting for e-mail is   : write email instead password.
Claymore readme:  parameter password is  -epsw
My setting is   -epsw xxx@xx.xx   but when miner stop (crash) nothing happens. Miner not work hour and not e-mail send.

Please test this version:
https://mega.nz/#!C5xiUSYY!QY44OAExh5EQ2elGcH1DvfbkQMTkgMSwOEMLoG0lUCU
Let me know if you still have the issue.

The issue remains. Rig have restarted about half an hour ago, but EthMan shows that it stays offline. Choosing "view miner console" opens page with working rig.
I have static local ip on miner, so I think, the problem is not in dns

Damn. Seems at least that this one is not the cause.

Another try: Does anybody of you guys who encounters this problem use the new features like encrypted connection and/or authentication for the management? I don't...
And can you reproduce this "lock" by sending a restart command to a read only managment rig like I wrote before?

hey guys,

maybe someone can help me
so i'm mining for almost 3 weeks now with just an normal pc with a gtx 1060 (6gb)
But when i went back to my pc this morning, the program stopped completely and was shut down (the program, not the pc)

So I tried running it again but then it almost immediately stopped again, restarted my pc but still no luck

I did find out that windows defender had put Skeeyah.A!rfn in quarantine and according to windows defender it has something to do with the minder.

Could enyone help me so I can start mining again?

Download new copy of the minerprogram.

Thanks! that did the trick, but does anyone know what could have caused it?
And should I be worried someone has been in my pc an could have stole personal information?

Hi Claymore,

Firstly - thanks for your efforts on this. I’m new to mining, but got everything setup in no time at all!

So, I was wondering how you’re determining the number f TMUs/shaders that are available?

Is this detected in some way, or do you look at what each card identifies as and use hard coded values?

If the latter - is there any scope for adding a switch to allow manual config of these values?

Thanks!

I'm hoping for help from a kind user on here who can share their knowledge with me.

Along with some AMD cards, I am mining on an Nvidia GTX Titan Z. This card is essentially two 780 Ti GPUs on one card. I have seen people get 17-19 MH/s from a 780 Ti, so the ~13.5 MH/s I am getting now (per GPU for a total of ~27 MH/s) leaves a bit to be desired. I think this card could get at least 35 MH/s if optimized.

Using MSI afterburner, I have each core clocked at 1000MHz. However, the memory clock is stuck in a low power 3D mode, or 6GHz even though the card runs at the normal 7GHz in 3D games. I have a feeling this is hurting my hashrate a lot. I tried using a batch file for the NVIDIA SMI, but it says that tampering with the clocks is not supported by this GPU.

Are there any workarounds short of a bios flash?

I am running the card in Windows 7 (there are issues with Windows 10) using the recommended legacy 347.52 driver.

Thank you so much.

Guys are you getting with 280x previous 15mgh or it is down to 12.5 now?
Huh 4 x R9 390 strix 8g Overclock No Voltage GPU tweak 2 for OC GPU Clock 1135 Mhz, +o mV, Memory Clock 6000 Mhz, Power target 150%,  After 6 months mining the hasrate drop from 129.2 Mh/s to 128.7 Mh/s, there is a risk with Overclocking long term card degradation and drop hasrate ? Temperature between 65 ° C to 72 ° C, connection with pool is ok, I have 6 months ago in mining ETH, ETC, ZEC with claymore V 8.1 ..
Same with 7 x rx-480 sapphire, hasrate drop from 210.8 Mh/s to 209.9 Mh/s

i have the same problem with 5 x sapphire rx480 8GB, hashrate drop from 145,7 to 144,8 since 6:55 pm today.
nothing helps to get my normal hashrate back.

Guys, it's not an issue. The bigger the DAG size the slower the hash rate.

And we just went to epoch 129 which made for a bigger DAG.

Hello guys, I'm mining two weeks without reset or freeze, but from yesterday I cant mine. Program crash itself and there is message in the log that GPU hangs (watchdog activation). That happen with random card.

8 hours ago another three rigs stopped working, but, after reboot they start to work without problems.

Is there any cure for this problem? Can someone help with with the advice?

Ok, I have a problem I'm hoping I can address without sending back cards. I'm mining ETH with claymore's 9.5 miner.

I have "old" 1070s with Samsung memory that mine like champs. OC the memory through the roof and they just hum along.

I have "new" Micron 1070s that can't OC the memory as far, only about 550-575 on average and pull 29.5mhs or so. I'm fine with this.

I have "new" 1060s and 1070s with Samsung memory that can't mine with even stock clocks at all. A few minutes into mining they blue screen or crash the miner. I've tried using huge page files. I've tried using one card at a time plugged into the mother board. I've tried various motherboards and power supplies. I've tried different drivers. I simply cannot get these "new" Samsung cards to work. This is with both MSI and EVGA cards.

Thoughts?

Has anyone tried mining with AMD and Nvidia cards on the same rig? If so, could you let me know how it works? Don't see myself getting hands on any AMD cards at a reasonable price any time soon  Tongue

I have an issue using claymore: It seems that my internet connection is not very stable, and at each disconnection Claymore seems to bug as it goes into a half speed mode:
On my 6 RX 570 (not yet flashed cards) as soon as Claymore detects a disc (socket error) when the connections comes back its half speed.

Here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/FP3qO

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think it's impossible  Smiley  Or, perhaps you need dual drivers to install the same time, But it doesn't have to be stable, I would not have risked  Grin

DAG size I don't think so, because I try everything to get my hashrate back but nothing
I see in another forum they said OC degrade the card on long term
If cause is the DAG ,where I can find him this DAG
I use claymore 8.1
