I think that I could accept at least part of it in BTC. We certainly need to start doing this, in order to encourage more people to use Bitcoin.
the same for me, getting the whole salary in bitcoins is really risky in my opinion and i dont think that it actually should be done as i would lose big money

Exactly as your monthly will depend on the price of bitcoin, one month you will be holding higher income and in next month may be it will be below average which can affect your financial planning.

I would never accept bitcoins as my salary and that is only because i know exactly what can happen to the bitcoin so that would mean that you deserve the same amoutn of coins every month but the value will never be the same no thanks..

And when you are in desperate need of money you do not want to have that kind of payment method as you are gambling all the time you receive your money, you are lucky if there is a price increase during a certain payday but when the price is down in the next you will not appreciate it.

accepting bitcoin for my salary is way too much risky i can not take that much risk just for a little profit but if i go for trading with bitcoin the it can be much profitable than this

Yes it is alot of risk but not just little profit the profit can turn out to be very much in the end so I think just receiving PART of your salary in bitcoin is very smart and safe like this you have something of both worlds if one falls

Yes and in that scenario you need to wait to sell your coins until the price goes higher and no one can predict when it will rise and it will be really irritating at the time of emergencies.

That is correct, in terms of emergencies you would have no choice because you let your salary would be bitcoin and you need to wait to gain profits with it  and also exchangin into fiat would be  a double hassle when you really need a money  in  unexpected circumstances.

I really would like to accept it, but where I live there is not a single shop accepting bitcoins yet. I know that fortunately this may change in the future.

many times mentioned "stable" price. What is it ?
Is British Pound stable ?
Is U.S. Dollar stable ?
Or Euro ?
Compared to what ?

Yeah and we all know that no one can control the price of bitcoin nor it can be predicted, one month you will be living lavish life and in next month it can be exact opposite of it depending on the price.

Not by now, mainly because of the price that is volatile and because of the fact there is no offline store for using it, at least is very rare to find the stores that can accept bitcoins where I live.

I believe in bitcoin but until it gets to be stable. It just isn not useful to get paid in it.  I would probably take some of my paycheck in bitcoin just like some of my current paycheck goes into my retirement plan but definitely not all of it.
But that's the fun of having your salary in bitcoin. The chances of it to fluctuate is nearly the same as the chances of it going up in value.
Although if I had a job that's really high paying, I too wouldn't want to risk it by receiving my salary as bitcoin.

Well, it seems to me that you'll never get to accept Bitcoin as your salary. The price of Bitcoin will always be volatile and there will be no offline store to use it since Bitcoin transactions requires an access to blockchain and that requires an Internet connection. If you live in a place where there aren't a lot of people, and the establishments around you aren't that techie, then don't expect to find a store that accepts Bitcoin any time soon.

I heard the news that oversotck.com allow the employee to have part of their salary in bitcoins. But I do not hear furhter news about that.

Such a valid reason because of the fact that its price is not really stable and another reason was there is no way you could spend it.  And also you will not be able to get the whole of your salary since if you will withdraw it there is a certain fee.  So better to just be it on the currency that you are using.  But if every that my company make such rule that they will give my salary in bitcoins then I would suggest that they should atleast give me some extra of it since there is fee if you will exchange it to fiat money.

I do not think company will used bitcoin as their form of salary because they not store big amount of money into bitcoin and also they are the first to experience the big charge on depositing huge amount into bitcoin.

I think its possible for big companies to pay their employees in bitcoin but we cannot expect the same from small companies, and to pay them in bitcoins they should make sure that their employees are aware about bitcoins.

I'm not sure it's needed in some places, to be honest. because in my country, for example, is very hard to use it in physical stores, then I'm just using it online, and that's also something rare.
