sure i will accept btc as my salary quite well...because it also a cash too..that can be used on anything

There are some stores in which bitcoin is used as a direct payment and in many countries bitcoin is not used as direct payment method yet. Is bitcoin is accepted in your country? If yes then you can collect your salary in bitcoin.
Well money comes with many forms and many kinds of currencies, and bitcoin is one of the cryptocurrencies but the thing is it can be used for something not all, like dollars, it’s popular but not everything accepts dollars. The good thing is that you might get profit with your bitcoin when the price of it rises.

In my country bitcoin is not used as direct money but still I am agree to collect my salary in the form of bitcoin, as I am well aware with bitcoin, it has much more features for us, and with that I can increase the money of my salary by holding them for the good time. and it is much easier to transact with lowest transaction fees. So while keeping these features everyone should have to accept their salary in bitcoins.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?

Saying the truth it is risky to receive the salary on bitcoin because the bitcoin price is not as stable that we can risk the salary to receive in bitcoin.
If I would spend them (and have where to spend through bitcoin) then it would be great, but what I have to do is to convert on fiat (paying lots of fees) and then use the money.

I don't think people can ill afford to accept it as a form of salary at this time.
Maybe someone would if it was a substantial amount instead of their normal rate of pay.
Like double the value of a paycheque in fiat perhaps.
If that was the case then I would take bitcoin as my salary anyday! Grin

Yeah its not smart to accept salary in bitcoin, it can be risky as your income will depend on the price of bitcoin, sometimes it will be too high and sometimes it will be too low.

Well, if you don't have any bills to pay, then yes, you can accept a certain part of your salary to be paid out in Bitcoin. But the reality turns out that those who have bills to pay like a mortgage, insurance, loans, etc, depend on a stable income. And not something that can go down in value causing people to run into troubles.

Lol, are you don't realize about your expectation. with that your expectation is will become a real? the sentences are so garbage, you're giving the not real point for everyone. Because the first intended bitcoin is made for investment. are don't think it's good to become as your salary to filled your daily needs.

I think if you were still difficulties to convert bitcoin to fiat or difficult to perform with bitcoin spending. do not try to accept bitcoin? of course it will be giving you a hard. better accept payment by fiat

Yes definitely, don't accept something that you are having hard time because you are the one that is going to suffer it in time of need. And it is really risky if you are going to accept bitcoin as your salary. Yes there is a chance to pump but don't forget that their is dump too. It is better to be always on the safe zone.
I think I've said this before, as long as an employer has some sort of insurance policy of some kind when it relates to the fluctuations of Bitcoin, it might be a good idea to see more people accepting their salary in Bitcoin. If there isn't any sort of insurance, though, then it might be a good idea (or a better idea) to skip out on this, due to the risks posed by the market.

I think i will like it but the disadvantages in collecting bitcoin as a full time salary is a lot more bigger that the advantages

BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW IF BITCOIN PRICE WILL FALL OR RISE

If it rises----- it might be at your own advantage Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
If it stays at it was when you were paid the salary--- it is at your own advantage Undecided Grin Grin Undecided Undecided

If it falls  -- men you are going to hate yourself Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

because if your company pays you $100 worth of bitcoin and by that month 1BTC =500 and after that day it cl-lab to 1BTC =$900
i wonder what you will do to yourself

That is a great thing for bitcoin specially, and i think the company should pay their employees according to the value of their salary but not a certain amount of bitcoins, for example if my salary is $200 then the company should pay me $200 in bitcoin regardless of the price of bitcoin, in that way no employees would have any disadvantages but they will get what they deserve for their jobs.

exactly a disadvantage for employers if they should be equivalent to how much the salary is. if the employer pays $200 a week, then send btc worth $200 a week.
if btc price goes up in less than a week, then the employer could have sent less btcs if he just delay for a bit.

in that case, the employer may wait for bitcoin news before releasing fee.
