This is complete bullshit.  On the dozen or so boards I post, spam/bots/trolls are a ubiquitous problem.  I don't know of any other board that requires newbies to sit at the kiddie table.  And has anyone actually been promoted?  I stopped coming round here months ago because of being totally ignored.  Cutting off new membership is the surest way to die.  Way to go Bitcoin Forum.

I did a little app that shows you bitcoin prices in a convenient way and want to announce it in the general forums. Would this qualify for a whitelisting?

I am most interested in the future of Bitcoins in the aspect of gambling and the haven it provides for anybody who is willing to risk their money in this frontier. The lack of regularization makes me very excited to witness forthcoming of a time where we will not be limited by our government (as much) in our quest to fulfill our own desires. I wouldn't mind out of Newbie jail.  I have been lurking this forum for well over 4 hours.  The reason I decided to signup was to ask MiningMonitor what they need from a pool API to get full stats are.  I wouldn't mind helping develop to expand their reach.
