Maybe this is a stupid question, but is EQM Zcash NVIDIA optimized miner also integrated in this NiceHash Miner ( https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=nhmintro) ?  Huh

yes... EQM ver. 0.4c in latest NiceHash Miner version 1.7.4.1

What CPU bug? EQM is working with no CPU issues.

We were speaking about the open source version nqeminer. EQM work flawlessly but locked to nicehash, the open source version, nqeminer that isn't locked has a cpu/gpu loop bug.

We explained what has to be done, but don't have manpower (programmers) to realize it. We figured that by now, a community could do this simple task, no? There are tons of programmers that like to work on open source projects, just nag one of them to fix it.

NiceHashSupport
can u add normal logging to eqm ?
in this moment -f parameter have 2 state
f 0 - print all (very big log file)
f 5 - only errors (no log file in normal mode)
i think we need much more states
f 1 - standard input (hashes speed, accepted and rejected shares)
f 2 ..
f 3 ..
etc

Does it worth mining with the cost of electricity, time and hardware stress, compared to using the money to buy the coins direct.

Just my humble enquiry after days of stress with little to show for it.

Someone should please help me out... I'm in a fix... I need candid advice and suggestions.... I don't mind a private message.

Thanks in advance.

Visit this page:
https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=myminer

And enter your BTC address there.
You will see how much are you making with NiceHash and when you will get the payout.

Thankds for that, is there a way to limit it to only 80% of my gpu power? i would still like to be able to use my computer at the same time for browsing.

Trying to zero in on the perfect settings for my Strix 980ti.  Trying all kinds different combos but I'm trying to find the sweet spot for the lowest TDP and highest Sol output.

Anyone have any luck with these cards?   Huh

There is a mismatch between the sourcecode you published and the EQM miner.

EQMminer:

#define CONFIG_MODE_1   9, 1248, 13, 640, packer_cantor

Nheqminer Opensource:

#define CONFIG_MODE_1   9, 1248, 12, 640, packer_cantor

Can you publish the complete EQM config please. I am working on a faster kernel.

The config is identical, there are only some code cleanups in nheqminer.

From EQM source:

Code:
#define CONFIG_MODE_1	9, 1248, 12, 2, 100, 640, packer_cantor

I am not sure where you are getting that number 13 from...
