dude, be patient. They are doing the best they can (and have been fucking impressive so far) so lets keep trust in them, cut them a break and just chill out!
+10000 I'm chill. No panic here And yes, what they pulled off is impressive. Still, no excuse to not give an update on delivery date. They supposedly gave an answer by phone (shipment tonight). Why not put that on their news feed? Remember the amounts paid for these rigs. It's not like we are ordering a $45 router here. Cheers

so, if they want to start shipping today, they have to do it until 19:00
in Stockholm is now 18:18 so they have got ~40 minutes to ship.
I'm guessing you've never experienced Stockholm traffic during rush hour. and you're right.)

You can carry it as hand baggage if you put it a thin plastic bag, but definitely not with the shipping box. But then no space for anything else. But I have 2 boxes, so need to buy an Extra Item Seat as they call it. Spoke with RyanAir 2 times about it to establish what are the dimensions allowance for it: 1st the lady on the phone was a little rude and said I can't take it as it will not fit in the seat and cannot put the belt around it. Not true. 2nd time the women on the line was more helpful and even put me on hold to confirm what I asked: so if I pass security they will let me take it on board, but will have to buy 2 extra item seats for each box. Or maybe just one and get the other one under my own hand baggage allowance.
I have to look at ticket prices again and see if its worth it (London - Stockholm) - 1 single on the way there and 2 or 3 singles on the back back.
Cant you get one thats not fully assembled? Or at least with the casing not bent, like on one of those pictures? Or disassemble it, I know Id get creative

I wanted to go and get it myself, but RyanAir won't let me carry it on board even if I pay an Extra Item Seat.
How come? Is it too big as carry on luggage or did they give you some other excuse? Just looked at their figures, if it was inside a box it would prob be too big as carry on - by a few millimetres. "Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants) weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted." But surely you could have bought a seat for it? You can carry it as hand baggage if you put it a thin plastic bag, but definitely not with the shipping box. But then no space for anything else. But I have 2 boxes, so need to buy an Extra Item Seat as they call it. Hmm, hardly going to be worth it if you pay for 4 flights at short notice. Maybe you could put two boxes inside one larger one, then you'd only have to pay for two seats on the return? I suppose they have a limit on the size, but surely the big box wouldn't be bigger than the average fat passenger?

Cheers If you are not in their position, you cant say that have no excuse to post an update. They are busy as hell right now making the miners. Even if they did give an update, someone would complain about something. Like i said, lets just wait until tonight, im sure they will keep us updated as they feel fit. You had faith by spending the amount you did, so keep up that faith and just wait.

Yup! I'm doing just that Good times will come! I'm just a bit worried that my ISP may shut me down for DOSing webservers with my constant page refreshing! Cheers

You will be amazed how cheap flights from London to Stockholm are + RyanAir serves 2 Stockholm airports, so there is choice. If they give me at least 3 days notice I can probably squeeze inside a budget of less than 200USD if it's not the weekend, which is less than the 240 I paid + quicker deployment + I get to securely transport the miners myself. Cant you get one thats not fully assembled? Or at least with the casing not bent, like on one of those pictures? Or disassemble it, I know Id get creative That would invalidate the warranty + it will be bigger if it's flatpack. The cheapest would be 2 single tickets on the way back.

Stockholm Skavsta Airport was recently voted as the 2nd most deceiving airport name in Europe. It's actually two hours+ outside of Stockholm city limits. Like flying to London and landing in Bristol.

I doubt they will be supply anything hashing at 707.89 Gh/s, even if it can do that. They have 1000's of 850w PSU and told their customers to buy that spec, so things will be tuned to work with 850w. KnC Cole on CoinDesk: “We have 22 stations manned by assembly experts to make sure we can keep on top of the orders and have the boxes ship as soon as possible. Our engineers have also been working through the night to tune the power consumption and the latest test indicates that we will have a much better result than 1.4 watts at the wall.” http://www.coindesk.com/kncminer-begins-shipping-jupiter-bitcoin-mining-rigs/i.e. they are tuning power consumption, not maximising hashrate.

How is this tuning done (software ? ) and is it possible to retune the rig yourself without any real knowledge . I have a 1200w PSU
