As I said below:

It seems like so many bears where sleeping while the bottom was set in with huge volume of capitulation on February 5th.

I am glad you are so certain. You comment is valid. IMO only time will tell.

Agree the volume might have been sufficient. However time elapsed was not very much.
It didn't give enough opportunity for enough ppl to decide,  get out or hold.

An alternative scenario would be a very long ( year) consolidation between $5k and $9k.

I personally would rather see a sharp further fall to ~$2500, to get it over with, in the next few months.

After that the rise could be strong.

The price action becomes clear and obvious, if you treat the last 6 months rise and fall as the exception.

If price had simply risen from $3000 in Sept to $4000 now, the bull trend would still be intact.

Price just went too far too fast.

My thoughts exactly  Smiley

Hopefully this time who's selling will leave crypto for good, we all know they bought in for a quick buck, while who's buying now recognizes bitcoin's true potential and will treat those coins better. We really needed to shake the tree for a new Summer.
I am so excited to see the Lightning network succeed actually! One day I want no regrets. I will be proud to say that I was here through the best (and the worst) of times.

Good Morning all.

Bitcoin is continuing to fall after a late night rally. We are back at the $6.6k range for now but I think we are not at the bottom yet. Possible support levels are indicated on the chart at key Fibonacci intersections.
Welcome to Bear country.

Because there is so much FUD to manipulate the price lower while the smart money is stealing the candy!

Taking BTC away from these nobs can only last for so long!

Any would-be hodlers selling now are trading based on emotion. They'll join us again when FOMO hits during the next wave up.

So much despair and anger on this thread. Oh the joys of bitcoin the soap opera.

Well, I guess that's the end of Bitcoin.

Time to buy bank stocks. I think they're really going to take off...I saw one bank now has $20 wire transfer rates that only take 4 days. What a deal!

I personally don't believe this time it will be a copy of 2013/2014. With BTC falling ~10% daily it will simply drop down to 0 in days at this rate. I feel the bottom is near and we'll reverse soon. In any case, it's highly unlikely we'll breach $5k.

Why is it that  hardly anybody here other than myself and a couple of others will admit the show's over?
I know it's hard to accept but it's true.
Dark forces pushed it up to its heights  in order to be able to obliterate it.
Not just Bitcoin....all digital currencies.
You are seeing it with your own eyes but sill won't acknowledge it!
 Huh

You must be new here.

Been here 5 years next week.
Yes, very new.
Idiot.

You seem to have a very short term outlook for someone who's been through a couple bull/bear cycles already.

Make sure you back up the truck on Deutsche Bank stock. I hear the company is totally fine, yep yep, not insolvent at all. Will rebound any day now!
