Sound like you can avoid paying taxes on crypto if you move to Puerto Rico? https://www.democracynow.org/2018/3/21/the_battle_for_paradise_naomi_klein"But in addition to that, these twin laws, Act 20 and Act 22, mean that if you relocate to Puerto Rico for just half the year—so you can basically just skip winter, which I’m sure, to New Yorkers, sounds very appealing just about now—so you spend 183 days in Puerto Rico, and, in return, you don’t pay federal taxes. You don’t pay taxes on dividends. You don’t pay taxes—capital gains taxes on interest. And if you change the address of your financial services company or your cryptocurrency company, then you’d pay a 4 percent corporate tax rate. So, if you think about what’s just happened to U.S. tax law, where Trump has offered this huge tax reduction which brings the corporate tax rate to 20 percent, Puerto Rico is besting that with a 4 percent corporate tax rate. So they’re doing absolutely everything they can to lure high-net-worth individuals and these very mobile industries, that basically can do what they do from wherever they have access to data. And so, now there’s a big push to attract the cryptocurrency market to Puerto Rico." Probably.. the general rule is that you sell during this quick pumps. Quick pumps like that are meant to cause FOMO and because of that, a slow bleed downwards will probably follow.

No wait until summer and sell before the inevitable dump at $100k/$200k.

Proof is in the price:
So you are comparing 1 bitcoin to 1 troy oz? How did you come to those units of measurement. Gold is often sold in grains, grams, imperial oz, troy oz, tolas, taels, kg, tonnes. Direct comparison is impossible. Try comparing total market cap and come back to me.

I am comparing price graph which shows a trend.. The trend is your friend.

One of the few charts I can wrap my head around. Assuming the graph data is accurate: the colors are too red. My first impression from this graph is more negative than positive months, but that's not true. There are 22 negative and 29 positive months. The positive yellow-orange should be light green. What about some traffic lights? It looks like April should glow green.

Except I did not state that bitcoin hasn't performed well. I stated the chart you posted was factually incorrect and biased.
You are right there might be inconsistencies. There always is and depending on your perspective. On the other hand it must be frustrating HODLING gold.

New poll is a failed facetious attempt at discrediting BCH's ability to usurp BTC's reign.
Don't even see how hardcore Blockstream / Core supporters could find any humor in it. Unless it wasn't intended to be a joke? But then that wouldn't make sense as OP would be banned by now and poll delisted..
So I rest my case..

I bought a Lamborghini LP560-4 Spyder with my bitcoin profits. I also stabilized my gains by selling near the top and buying just over 400oz of gold and nearly 1600oz silver.
Can you trade back and forth Lambos and phyzz? Looks like dead money. PM is a good insurance but that's all (provided that you have a safe safe).

You think so I bought a Lamborghini LP560-4 Spyder with my bitcoin profits. I also stabilized my gains by selling near the top and buying just over 400oz of gold and nearly 1600oz silver. How you enjoying watching your digits drop from $19k to $6k ? As someone who is also interested precious metals, why buy any gold at all and not just silver considering the historical ratios? Surely silver will outperform gold? Also, where did you purchase that bullion case?
