The price action becomes clear and obvious, if you treat the last 6 months rise and fall as the exception.
If price had simply risen from $3000 in Sept to $4000 now, the bull trend would still be intact.
Price just went too far too fast.

Bitcoin price $6650 and falling. Never be a part of panic sellers, you'll most probably end up in a loss. Just think for a second. You're selling something that exists in a limited number, out of which a lot has been lost (and can't be recovered). Technology, asset, limited, saving, currency, decentralized, true example of deflation, banking, it's literally everything! Think before selling! Sell only when you think you've got enough worth of bitcoin which you can use for lavish living till your death. ...and from years of experience: the more the dump = the better the jump Just hodl.

Bitcoin price $6650 and falling. .......... the more the dump = the better the jump Just hodl. Agree, but I would add : 1. Be prepared to see much lower prices. It is possible, but not certain. 2. Sell enough to make you less fearful of a big drop (irrespective of your cost level)

I don't like how there's like no desperation at all, way to many hodlers. Thats not how capitulation is supposed to work. Because we still are months away from that point Could even be a year or two. Still way too much hope, too much anger at the forecasts of lower prices. At the final low, there will have been capitulation, resignation, and full acceptance of the bear market. Bullshit... capitulation already happened.. As I said below: It seems like so many bears where sleeping while the bottom was set in with huge volume of capitulation on February 5th.

Why is it that hardly anybody here other than myself and a couple of others will admit the show's over? I know it's hard to accept but it's true. Dark forces pushed it up to its heights in order to be able to obliterate it. Not just Bitcoin....all digital currencies. You are seeing it with your own eyes but sill won't acknowledge it!

Well, denial is easier for some of us...my goal with crypto was to retire 3 years early... I can do that likely on my ALT coins and worse case BTC would have to go below $200 for me not to pull it off anyway... so if it all goes tulips, I will have a t-shirt made saying: CRYPTO: Allowed me to retire 3 years early! So Bite Me! As an endgame/conclusion, it leaves a lot to be desired...but the months-long crying jag, afterward, if crypto goes tulips, I won't notice anyway... (still waiting for the mt. gox trustee to panic sell now and drive the BTC price to 2k..) FML

Most of us bought many coins below $1000. This is fucking annoying, sure. It’s delaying me from buying a nice, big house & never having to work again but long term the price will recover & we’ll all be able to carry out the plans we had at the last ATH.
I think when the price was $19,000 I was HODLING over 35 x my initial investment in bitcoin. **Just quickly worked out** - I now HODL 16-17 x my total investment.
It’s bad but it could be a hell of a lot worse. $20,000 will be back in a year or two & then I hope/expect to see $50,000 per coin by the end of 2021. I’m probably going to sell most of my coins then tbh.
amen to that. My exact thoughts..

I am glad you are so certain. You comment is valid. IMO only time will tell. Agree the volume might have been sufficient. However time elapsed was not very much. It didn't give enough opportunity for enough ppl to decide, get out or hold. An alternative scenario would be a very long ( year) consolidation between $5k and $9k. I personally would rather see a sharp further fall to ~$2500, to get it over with, in the next few months. After that the rise could be strong.

Hopefully this time who's selling will leave crypto for good, we all know they bought in for a quick buck, while who's buying now recognizes bitcoin's true potential and will treat those coins better. We really needed to shake the tree for a new Summer. I am so excited to see the Lightning network succeed actually! One day I want no regrets. I will be proud to say that I was here through the best (and the worst) of times.
