There will be blood!!

the only 2 stats worth anything are:
1. Every single person who bought their bitcoin and held it from 2009 - to about October 2017 is way ahead. Its not a long time period compared to say gold but it is still a very impressive stat
2. Bitcoin has jumped up and down by large daily percentages before - and will do so again.  Nothing to see here. Move along.

1. Every single person who bought their bitcoin and held it...is way ahead.

That's why it's easy to see the bottom isn't in.  You have most people saying things like: "WTF my shitcoins are only worth enough to buy a new Corvette now instead of a Porsche".  Once most of these people are all either breakeven or underwater, that's the bottom - or maybe new Hyundai at best.

We could. The next 1200 hours are critical.

No - the only people bitching about the price are the "new to bitcoin" greedy buyers that that jumped in when the price went from $5,000 - $19,000 in a flash. If they sell out who cares . The bottom may be about $5,000 based on previous big drops which will be fine and it will rise from there. Long term holders have seen these "new entrants" come and go before. A new batch will enter when we next go up exponentially. These rises and falls  give the news media something to say but matters very little to 95%? of the bitcoin owners

I doubt anyone was asking for deletion..just some resizing. I really dont care as I view this from home on a 42inch screen. I have heard complaints about img size from phone users however..so I was just trying to pass along that your img's seemed large.

I do have a pressing question however..  I believe we need to have these particular bottoms quantified and rated from left to right..what say you gentlemen?

For me..I have to say I appreciate the one on the far right the most..  Not sure if its that smile that accompanies it or the slight knock knee'edness...

I'll take the plumpest one, on the left.  Wink

I do like that choice sir...was nearly a 50/50 split. That one looks like the kind you might take home to meet Mom..I try to stay well away from that type of wholesome goodness. *shudder*

It is possible...but I do not believe we will.  And I make it the next 2,160(bout 90 days) hours that are critical eddie..

On an imgur link, if you add g just before the .jpg then it posts the smaller resized version.  Thats a default option, so  graphg.jpg   would be smaller then graph.jpg the original
Or can just post the link itself of course.

https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fpbs.twimg.com%2Fmedia%2FDfYDvEAU8AAYmmA.jpg&t=589&c=7yVC--rznvWk4A

With this one, a price can cross trend line but it must close below to have greater significance.   Dont know if thats the case there but its not been a full day yet.

I already had it below a trend from this time last year (the diagonal line on the graph) but I also expected better confirmation of that break.  So close below and then find previous trend as a ceiling

I'm really thinking of quitting. Too tired of this. if 11K will ever happen i will quit(

Still kicking my ass for not dumping $1M @ $11.5k on the last bounce Sad

At what point will you be kicking your ass for not reinvesting the millions you already cashed out back into Bitcoin?

Do you have that much more faith in fiat and your managed stock portfolio over Bitcoin these next few years?

Are trade wars and nationalism getting you harder than choo-choos and rocket ships ever did?

 Grin

Bitcoin hashrate still climbing.

Bitcoin price still up +150% from 1 year ago.

SEC still being hammered with Bitcoin ETF applications.

Fidelity, Goldman, JP Morgan still proceeding with Bitcoin trading options.

The Commissioner of the US CFTC still calling Bitcoin an unstoppable technological revolution and modern miracle.

Bitcoin is dead. Long live Bitcoin!

Exactly!!!!!!  A considerable point in these price times is to be thinking about when and planning strategies for buying back in rather than whining about negative nancy naysayer "should have blah blah blah..." ..

And, poor me, I cashed about several million $ and I should have cashed out an additional million $... seems like nonsensical first world problems.

pacman going all weekly on us...sheeit..thats gotta be worth a merit.

A bullish recovery scenario on the weekly might look something like this all be it a bit exaggerated.

I also prefer a scenario of a blend between 2013 correction and some kind of truncated 2014 move. That would indicate a 6-9 month slow period with price lingering in this zone, perhaps also lower, and an ensuing rally into 2019. So far, it is not the worst correction ever  Grin

My retirement went from living on the beach in Tahiti with the price over $10k. Then living in Thailand under 10k. Now I'm on a ratty old bus on my way to Cambodia.

Not many countries cheaper than Cambodia. Please don't drop any further.
