Voted "yes', but would liked the question better if it was put in probabilistic terms (as chances for 20K).
In such case, I would put a 50% chance.

If btc would not get to 20K some shitcoin might be declared a new leader.
Hoards of "investors"/gamblers on Binance wouldn't know any better and would start chasing the rabbit.

Btc has moved too slow in 2019 (so far) in comparison to some (cough-ltc-cough).
I blame the futures.

Personally I'm not waiting for a lower bottom.  It seems awfully cheap if we were to go under 3.2K, People willing and able to buy full btc's is not what the whale's want. There was a lot of fear in the lower 3k's, I think a lot of people missed the bottom.

It is much better not to plan on BTC hitting 20k soon.   If it does that would only hurt if you are short.   

Personally I would much rather see BTC just slowly climb to up with lots of sideways consolidation.

I still feel confident the low is in, but at the same time Im also starting to think we are in for a major pullback over the next few weeks(low 4ks at least) as this rally loses steam. Would prefer to be wrong, but accumulation is gonna happen one way or the other, I dont care if it happens in the 3k's, 4k's, or 5k's.

2ks and 1ks would really suck, but Im prepared for that too.

Feels good to be in the 300's instead of 400's for the days till halvening countdown either way.
