Well I double checked, for what it is worth.
IF you think you spotted some errors you can double check all the relevant code here:
https://github.com/100trillionUSD/bitcoin

I see his flaw. "Bitcoin currently have a stock of 17.5m"   Then he uses this 17.5m as that was stock in 2012 and 2016 and 2020 and 2024 and 2028.

Negative.
For past analysis he uses historical BTC supply, for future, projected one.

Two evidences for that:
1. In the coloured graph, SF data between halvings change every month, so by construction stock cannot be the same, montly,  let alone from 2012 to 2012 and beyond.
2. In the Github there's an excel where you can check he uses historically accurate suplly for all the calculations.

So how he calculated Stock of flow for 2012 halving is 12.5 if it was 8?

At that moment there were 10,512,000 BTC in existence and yearly emission was 1.314,000 (3600*365)   10512000/1314000=8

Does he calculate for some other Bitcoin?

It's an answer well detailed in the pdf, excel and code (not necessary in this order)  in the GitHub, why asking me to answer this when you can simple read these documents?

Good morning.

A new week begins but we start to close the month out with bitcoin trading sideways at $5.15k

The $300 premium is still apparent on bitfinex as the tether storm continues to rage. A test of support along the 0.236 fib is probable before further gainz are realized. #dyor

These days looking for hats on very old pages, I've seen some very nice hats that are not worn and are not in the signing campaign ..., jbreher! Grin

I have reviewed the early WO times for the hats and statistics that I am preparing and I have found a good number of WO members who were and still are very active in the thread.

A pleasure to share this thread with all of them.

@Double Hunter -

The next halving is - Reward-Drop ETA date: 23 May 2020 23:23:57

https://bitcoinblockhalf.com

^interesting dude thank u. Wink
There's a halving countdown.

yup there has been one in one form or another including the 1st.

in the 1st halving people were turning on anything that could hash, even obsolete stuff and single gpu gaming rigs, in the hope that their miner would be the one that hit that actual block that it changed and get their miner or pool message into the coinbase and thus be forever immortalized in that 1st halving block. i think it was some relatively wimpy rig that actually solved the block on some pool or another. btcguild or slush?

it was pretty exiting compared to later halvings as no none really knew what was going to happen.

Funding rates to borrow $BTC on Bitfinex hitting 100%+ annualized. This funding has rippled to Bitmex as well.

At these rates, it takes a little over one month for a 10x short to get liquidated even if BTC doesn't move. A 50x short gets liquidated in under a week.
