In 'developed' countries such as the U.S., we do have more people getting the as-designed 'vaccinations' at the as-designed schedule.  We also have prescription drug use rates which are extremely high.  One hypothesis is that whatever is being injected as 'vaccinations' are contributing to other (very profitable) health impacts on the population at large.

I still believe that it is close to 99%. Look at some of the most successful vaccination programs. Take the polio vaccination for example. Polio has been eradicated from the globe through complete vaccination (with the exception of a few regions such as Pakistan). Another example is that of small pox vaccination.

He was probably talking about the average life span. Average lifespan of 20 years means that a lot of people are going to die before 5 years of age, but a few will live up to 80 or even 100 years.
