It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Hey Smiley,
Please keep in mind these are "starter" settings. There is no such thing as "optimum" setting profiles for "everyone" as all traders have different trading goals, experiences, and risk profiles. We suggest you try the starter settings out with 40 USD or so and then use the back testing engine to optimize your settings to suit your own trading needs. As you gain experience, you can add to your trading fund.

Just drop me an email if you need any feedback Smiley.

Pablo.

JFYI everyone, Beta list for this round is culled and filled.

We should be starting the new Beta testers out by Mid September, looking forward to a more public discussion of BX Smiley.

Hey Smiley,
After we release BX it is our aim to support as many of the higher volume exchanges as possible; Kraken has been discussed, I'll keep you in the loop.

Hey Smiley,
"Tick Offset" refers at how many minutes plus or minus the hour your bot will poll the market. For example, if you were using a 30 minute time frame your bot would tick at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, etc. There is nothing inherently wrong with this except that a good number of traders also run bots that tick exactly on the hour so your trading results may become diluted. If you use "tick offset", say of 5, your same 30 minute time frame bot will tick at 10:05, 10:35, 11:05, etc.

There is not a "starter tick offset" because we want to avoid people using the same numbers, whatever you set other than the obvious (0), should work fine.

Please be sure to email me if you have any other questions Smiley.

Pablo.

It will be very helpful if one of the China exchanges can be supported. This is because most of them do not charge trading fee and as you know, trading fees take up a lot of the cost in EMA trading.
