I traded a bit of sv and bchabc on first few days of futures, then got out early.
I hold 0futures.

Even if sv is shadowing, the damage to their rep is done.
Not only in the crypto world, but in the financial world too.
They have shown themselves to be bad actors with a terrible attitude towards all.

This is part that I am not certain about, if he/she has before the fork 100 bch then after the fork would he have 100 bchabc, 100 bchsv and 100 bch or would he have just 100 bchabc and 100 bchsv and bch no longer exists.

As for the shadow mining if nchain are doing so which is highly likely due to missing hash power and openly saying they will I would expect it to come after around 90 or so blocks to invalidate every coinbase transaction since the miners have to wait for 100 blocks before they can be moved

You dont claim it exactly, theres two blockchains and after the fork in that previous path now you can use your key on both of these blockchains.    As soon as you do this you should move the value from BCH wallet as well as your new wallet for the new split blockchain.

The thing I wonder about is the people with keys (cold wallets) from prior to the original BTC and BCH split, would they also be able to use that original value from last summer on this new blockchain.  My guess is yes but its getting confusing at this point.

Its all good, as promised more hash will be coming towards bu/abc,
and more and more will keep coming now that we know what we need to do to protect ALL crypto holders from this bad actor group.
 long term this is very good for BCH.

It is understandable that the BCH will soon die and give way to the other two coinage is ABC and SV. I think this will be a new choice for investors because I realize the potential for this success and we will certainly have a better name than Bitcoin Cash. Anyway congratulations on this process
