I am by no means a tech guru..but if the REAL gurus...like the guys over at ethereum have problems with a ton of people locked out of millions of dollars worth of ether..can't open their wallets etc...then it seems reasonable that a startup like electroneum is entitled to a few hiccups too. Shit happens. It can happen to anyone. There will be a huge dump when the problems are solved so please dump so I can own even more at a cheap price and take my profits down the road.

This was the video that gave me a lot of confidence in Electroneum. Real developers, who work hard in order to fix and prevent problems. They could have launched the product in the knowledge that many of their investors would lost their money because of the potential breach. But they did not. They cared for the investors and their community. They showed us goodwill. Why don't we do the same and just be patience instead of circulating rumors?

They cannot post this for weeks or else they are going to lose followers and it could lead to big suit, they should get this done in a week, this is indeed a bad start for a coin, but as long as they will fix and it's going to be a secured and profitable one, there's still hope for this coin.

Could somebody explain to me where electroneum fits into the crypto space? Why is it needed? I'm holding but only as a short-term play because I don't see the purpose. It's just a copy of Monero. I hear people reference gambling/gaming but what specific problem will ETN solve?
