Hey Phil, the Onda D1800 6 slot board uses a DDR3 sodimm, right? Aliexpress doesn't clarify what it uses.
Thanks!

IT is philipma1957 on cell phone. Are you using six blower style 1080ti?
No, blower style Vega56. all the same hight correct? Yup. All Sapphire RX Vega 56. Fan on top of those cards isn't going to help much unless it's blowing air down at the "blower fan" intake for the cards - in which case it might help some.

You appear to have one of your 1080ti set for a MUCH lower TDP level than the other one. Hey QuintLeo, thanks for the response. I added a few more pics for you (or anyone) to take a look at. I believe I have power settings set correctly... but as you can see in the Nvidia Powermizer pics, the one card is clocking significantly less. Also, I added a picture of the GPU stats in the terminal. I notice 2 discrepancies from the bad 1080ti (GPU0), and the good 1080ti (GPU2). Both the memory usage and gpu-util are higher than the others. Does this mean something? https://www.flickr.com/photos/157030813@N04/ EWBF stats keep showing 2 of your cards using a lot lower power level than the 3'd card - and one of the 1080 ti cards running pretty hot despite the lower TDP than the other one. Starting to look like a cooling issue preventing the low-TDP card from boosting enough to need more power or hash fast.

I got my mobo as well. Yeah, great job packing it Phil! Hope to get it fired up tonight. Need to steal an ATX PSU from another rig that I'm switching over to a Delta 2400W. So I'll have to do that first. I did notice that the slot spacing is wider than the standard 2 x 20.32mm, so I won't be able to water cool using EK quad parallel blocks. On other words, 2 of these blocks won't work: So if I water cool, I'll have to use tubing between GPUs instead of blocks.

You the man QuintLeo, I put a fan on the cards, and they immediately jumped up back to normal. Now getting ~1800 Sol/s with the same 3 cards. I got several D1800s and cases, the stability of the rigs is hugely improved because of no risers.
p.s. if P106-100 is the card you choose to use on ur D1800, you should ask a new bios update from the seller.

Seller doesn't receive the money until buyer confirms receiving and satisfaction with the product.

https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/7cnl41/nvidia_built_the_dgx_saturnv_volta_their_own/dpr73j7/Volta supercomputer is over 50% more efficient than pascal. There's enough time for cards we buy now to pay off 60-90% of its cost before volta release (assuming late march). After new year I think I will halt expansion till volta releases. My electrician found a decent warehouse with 500A 3 phrase 415V power. Flying back to malaysia to check it out in a month. I have a number of brand new and unopened Biostar TB250 BTC + risers I am selling cheap. Anyone interested pm me.

I am pretty much maxxed for the garage and the solar array.
I also have 3 rigs at my friends office
So at this point in time I need more power.
Buysolar is working on a new array but government paperwork is killing him.
We may just start running via the 400 amp 240 volt at first.
and still waiting for power company to set that up.
it would be 11 -12 cent power until June 1
96000 watts = about 75000 watts for mining.
we would slowly convert it from grid to grid tied into solar.
In the meantime I have 4 more s-9's coming in with no place to run them.
I will be needing about 5600 watts to run them.

Wow that is some power you will be drawing, my electricity is around the same price as that so it gives me confidence to expand. would you recommend those Onda D1800 motherboards?
