it has become a habit for me not to sleep it, do not know what cause ..?

Cant sleep? my according that is a big problem, I ever very difficult to sleep, at that moment I watch porn to make my soul happy, and masturbation so that our body lazy, I make sure it is work to sleep, please try it.

i've never understand people like you, who can't sleep. Sometimes i think it is nice, because you can do a lot of things that you have no time for

I also often feel the difficulty to sleep, but to overcome all that I try to spend my time to watch a favorite movie and over time I must fall asleep.

They more relaxing activities in the night like watching TV, or listening to a cool music and make yourself less busy by reducing work at night. You can see a doc for medications but try relaxant methods first.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad

Take some relaxing time off, exercise during the day. Avoid caffeine
and read a book. maybe your in a lot of stress mentally and emotionally,
clear your thoughts and try to cheer up. be positive.

I recommend melatonine pills. After 1-2 weeks of everyday dosage, 1 pill is enough to fall asleep 1 hour later.

I think because you don't put everything on the schedule and it makes your bio-clock is messing around. Fulfill your freetime with good activites not Facebook or twitters.
