It’s oh, I don’t know, 3 o’clock in the freaking morning, and I’m lying in bed, staring at the ceiling and wanting to cry with frustration. I'm trying to stay hopeful about my ability to catch a few hours of shuteye before work the next morning, but I’ve been up until 6 a.m. Thanks

Sometimes, I also cannot sleep. But whenever I cant, I just kept on thinking of wonderful things or reminiscing great memories of past. I also tried counting 1 to 100, was not that effective though. But praying is the most effective way to continue your postponed sleep.  Wink

sleep hormone will rise high if after connecting with your partner, so if it's difficult to sleep then it could have intercourse with your partner so that you sleep soundly. or if you don't have been taking medication to sleep alone.

Try to have exercise at the afternoon, aerobic one. Your sleep cycle will get better soon. And if the problem is too many thoughts before sleep you may consult to psychologist.
