Search for nature music, listen it with headphones. It can help ease your mind. If you give it a chance, buy aroma theraphy lavender essential oil with infuser. I hope this helps.

I've had sleep issues in the past and some things that I found helpful were waking up at the same time every day and not going to bed until I was really tired. That way I spet less time awake in bed with anxiety about not being able to sleep.

I'm sorry to hear that such problem is happening to you. I would suggest that you try to wake up really early than your usual waking time and perform your daily tasks. Then do not take a nap unless if it is already the time that you would want to be your new sleeping time (like 9pm). If in any case you wake up early, try sleeping again and wake up only on the time that you want to be your new "morning". Hope this helps.

When you can't sleep it means that you just need to choose your schedule.

You should put some garlic under your fellow. Then smell it while you want to sleep better. It will make your body much better than before. Of course you should adjust for awhile then in few days you will notice the good change.

If you are experiencing problems related to life I think you are suffering from depression, go out with friends to relax.

Try taking warm beverages before going to bed..that will nake you sleep. You can also do exercises to wear yourself out. There is this product too..cellgivity that helps people sleep better.
