I'm shocked how you are still trying to just update your wallet when another brand new coin like Crave have implemented a bunch of things and is going to release native I2P integration.

I've seen you around. Although I'm intrigued by both Crave and Cypher, both coins have known problems. It's easy to get hyped up about something new, but there's been hundreds of hyped coins born and buried since the first BTC alternative.
Meanwhile, ANC is still going strong. I can already send and receive payments via I2p. And there's actually reputable exchanges to buy them on, so I don't have to risk it with c-cex.

True. It's easy to get hyped up with all these hyped coins. Continue to follow them and make your opinion. They are both going to release goods news and updates but I will not promote them here Grin
About ANC, I disagree. You can use i2p with every coin as a proxy. Native i2p is different and if Crave release that, it will be the first one to implement it.

How can you use I2p on any coin that hasn't had the original and now defunct Bitcoin I2p patch forked to the coin.  I2p doesn't work like Tor where you can proxy clearnet traffic easily.  When in any case your data is still passing through the clearnet.  With Anoncoin's I2p patch none of the data needs go anywhere near the clearnet when communicating solely with other I2p nodes.

I2p have an outproxy for clearnet traffic: https://geti2p.net/en/about/browser-config

By default, I2P comes with two outproxies configured: false.i2p and outproxy-tor.meeh.i2p. Even the domain names are different, it's the same outproxy you hit. (multi-homed/keyed for better performance)

Filtering is active on these outproxies (for example, mibbit and torrent tracker access is blocked). Eepsites that are accessible via .i2p addresses are also not allowed via the outproxies. As a convenience, the outproxy blocks ad servers.

Yes but by proxying you're still passing data over the clearnet.  Using Anoncoin on I2p you can choose to route all traffic to other I2p nodes only.  So that none of your data passes through the clearnet.  Also Anoncoin is working on better I2p integration.  One of the main I2p developers 'meeh' working on the new I2p C++ router.  Used to be the lead dev of Anoncoin - https://geti2p.net/en/blog/post/2014/08/15/The-privacy-solutions-project - So I think the Anoncoin I2p integration will always be about as good as it gets. - https://privacysolutions.no

Well, any 'truly' anonymous coin needs to be transmitted 'anonymously.' Right? Let us assume that it is undisputed that TOR has been compromised. The extent of such a compromise may be debated.
It is questionable if TOR has been compromised due to poor 'opsec' or due to the fact that nodes have been subverted. I would suggest it is both. Regardless, it is no longer trustworthy.
This results in the simple fact that TOR is vulnerable and therefore any coin utilizing it is also vulnerable. Whether your activity is such that sufficient manpower is necessary to find out who you are is a different kettle of worms. However, running million dollar drug empires seems quite frowned upon; lulz. Although it may still offer a modicum of anonymity to it's users, LEO have aptly shown TOR users they can bag'em and tag'em.

Enter stage left, ANC/i2p. Regardless of the technological improvements the coin ANC or any coin for that matter ultimately makes; you still are left with the issue of whether you have a secure transfer system or conduit. Even if ANC had met all of it's goals, if I2P does not offer a sufficient level of security; it fails. I would argue that assisting with the development of i2p would be against the interests of many people. Controlling pipes themselves seems to offer a strategic advantage over attempting to infiltrate a mesh network. The more people that decide to use a mesh network help both to sustain the system and weaken centralized control. I guess the question is, what's the good of making a super fast car, if you can't drive it and half of it's features are disabled. I would like to believe Meeh recognized these issues and decided to help lay the ground work for i2p. Others argue that ANC is just another failed dream/scam. I just wouldn't recommend building sand castles by the sea. $.02

It would be nice to see ANC acceptance through coinpayments.net
Has anyone made the suggestion to them?

We used to be accepted there, but at some point they removed us (without letting us know). I presume that the decision was based on cryptsy deactivating ANC withdrawals from their site. As soon as we get the new release out, I will contact them and see if they could add us again. In any case, you should pressure them as well.

Sorry I didn't respond earlier, but I don't understand your question. Can you rephrase it?

If your transaction is on the blockchain, and there is still a problem, please contact coinmine.

My guess is that it is just related to the PUBLIC announcement of Mullick that deposits and withdraws are working again on Cryptsy.

In terms of wallet release I know nothing more than what has been posted here and: https://wiki.anoncoin.net/Development_schedule
