How will you resolve the privacy issue?
Privacy issue? Whose privacy issue? What if the employee will not require for his/her info to be displayed in the blockchain?

Why do you want to use the employee's social networks for evaluation?
The person’s behavior on social networks, forums or personal blogs can give lots of information about his/her personality, real interests, and overall world outlook.

Many employers collect a substantial amount of personal information about their employees. Are you going to collect even more information from the social networks?

We will collect only the specific information about their personal development from their social networks. We will judge about the employee's ability for self-improvement and further personal growth by his/her posts about the specialized trainings and the professional events he/she attends.

Why can't you just interview a candidate? What's the problem with that?

Why can't you just interview a candidate? What's the problem with that?
Because we can't just hire a person without checking for the necessary personality traits we're looking for to fill some specific position.

Not only for hard-to-fill positions. The matter is that a good job candidate should fit the organization's values, not just fit the job.

Jobs are like relationships?
The applicant can be a good person who is good for the job but not good for the organization because of his/her mismatching values.

As a job candidate I can fit the job requirements but not the company values? Exactly. That's what need the employee's social networks for. For assessment of the candidate's personality and values.
