Yes, it’s. All sold tokens on the token sale 2 won’t sell on the token sale 3.

we believe that decentralized verification is better that one person check. That's why your profile will be check group of developers who already know C#. They will be checking you. If majority prove your C# competence, we will enter your data in the blockchain. In this case. In this case, it works like this.

But that means that the vetting process will be very time consuming the more specific a certain skillset is.
