Thank so much for your feedback. We have so ICO because we separate token sales on little sum (1 stage - 50 ETH, 2 stage - 250 ETH, etc). We want to show people traction and development of our platform, because right now a lot of scam projects. That's why we don't want to raise a huge sum in one moment. Yeah, it's long, but more transparent for people. You can see our traction.

To say the truth the issues we are raising here touch me personally literally every day when I am selecting candidates. To what point are their resumes authentic? How profound their skills and competencies are? How can I check that they really can do the things they are writing about? How can I trust the referencies given in a resume or in contacts?

I have worked with recruitment before (search and selection). There was quite a lot of money grabbing service companies. Aworker can really disrupt this traditional business model - brilliant! Will follow this ICO project closely.
