This is starting to get out of hand- but there are still fundamentals (~25% yield) supporting 5 btc per share... 10 on the other hand..

Agreed, but you know what its like. Speculators buying in at 5BTC need a "reason" for it to go to 10, so we will here all kinds of fancy stories describing why its worth much more than 10 e.g. hardware sales, or Chinese people have nothing else to invest in  Grin

The real reason is:
Every time you try to sell the shares you end up buying them back.
There must be some magic or hypnosis at work.

totally true... I keep selling and then trying to protect myself with options, which often works out great, but the last run up happened so fast and while I was asleep I missed the whole runup from 3.3-4.4...sigh...from my first AM purchase at .772 I have cycled through so many fkn shares and I just want  every sale back

As of now the pass troughs have traded as high as 5.25 BTC a share so this might be a better option.

the highest on the PTs has been 5.012

Anyway, good luck with this, I'm sure you'll sell them quickly.

Oh shit, the buyers are already pressing right under the 5BTC wall!.. Shocked

I've lost my nerve and put a sell order @5.5 for 40% of my holdings. Because this shit gets too damn scary!

Man, I thought like you when the price was BTC 3.4. Sad

The only other thing they can buy is an apartment in a ghost city. Which doesn't strike me as good a deal as owning AM stock. Grin

.0525 was traded for a fraction of a share. I agree I was a bit misleading and sadly I can not correct that now. I can't edit in auction threads.

Thanks.

oh, I see.  Yeah, I don't count those, really, cause they aren't full shares.

Oh well, still, you should sell out fast.  I may even buy a few....

asking 5.17 BTC @ btct now - its an unstoppable express train at the minute.

With hardware sales guaranteed for next month, I can't see the upward momentum stopping. Not saying its worth more than 6BTC, but I think its going to crush it very soon. We could be look at an outrageous 8-10 within two weeks.

So a little earlier than my 9am EST time projection of surpassing 5.1, quite amazing.  Can we say 5.3 by midday as people rush in to get dividends?

Not that that will affect a high-dividend buying rush much, but it will probably cool it till we know what the dividends are.

[Edit: note also that buyers in that auction don't get to enjoy today's dividends!]

Sorry:)

327 at 5btc left in the auction thread.

That wall might hold for a while if we get a div under .02 but I don't think that will happen. Either way should be gone in 48 hours or so.

Don't apologise,i've been saying for a while that we need some moderation in the price growth..its all happening too much, too fast. You're doing the rest of us shareholders a favour and taking some profits for yourself...it's win-win

people selling large chunks of their holdings as prices go up will go a long way towards stopping a bubble forming. I'll be doing the same soon enough

Yah I don't care what the div is, I would much rather see this hold at 5 BTC to show some stability before the next rally, or else people live in a constant state of bubble feeling, which is no good for liquidity and good news/plans ATM.
