Just chips.

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's.
This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

erious.
........

However, I'm pretty sure friedcat is well prepared for the coming battle Smiley

with the recent hashrate performances I wouldn't be so sure. AM used to hold 35-40/45 % of the network. Now you seem the fight for 20s.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkPdXsQFT-vIdHRVUjQ5Ql9BQWR6OENLMkhyUktUblE#gid=0

If he has the power to battle he should be doing that now not later. I'm not quite as convinced.

AM used to hold 35-40/45 % of the network.

Er... no. There are only a few days where AM went above 30% and it has NEVER held 40% or 45%.

The all-time average is 20%.

any number other than 20 percent is complete Fud. where is the 200 tera hash? it is not possible for one company to keep up with 10,000 people deploying hardware. and since AM pissed everyone off with high prices I'm not sure how long the hardware is going to be a valued in the market. good luck with your stock price or sell it before it crashes see you're not the a****** left holding the bag

No idea about "any number other than 20 percent is complete Fud" means so we'll leave that.

Re: "since AM pissed everyone off with high prices"? The market says otherwise. The market says they can sell as many USB sticks for 1BTC as they can make. The market is not pissed off with AM. You are.

The only logical reason for the price going up prior to the news is if someone has "got wind" of the what the news is ....

Alternatively, the price could just be going up because of people buying before d-day, improved hashing last couple of days, the usual suspects  Smiley

well, I think some people are excited about the report, and expect a boost in value with added transparency.  So, that's why I think it is going up.

I don't think dividends will be much different than last week, maybe even lower, so buying ahead of dividends doesn't make sense to me, but who knows.
