I know its already in this Thread that they organize a bounty campaign but how long is it going to take till they get started? They are almost finished with the dec. exchange  

they removed that inside bounty and replaced with this phrase " Managed bounty campaign coming soon. ". Still no whitepaper , only temporary exchange that works exactly like any centralized exchange and that doesn't contains any features of those that they mentioned in OP post, therefore it's not the right moment to start wide campaign.
