There are many more ASIC chip manufacturers out there, how do we know Ken doesn't have NDA's with others too incase this deal fell through. I'm 100% confident that he's clever enough to have it covered.

Did Ken take a shit today.

"Sorry thats under NDA"
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

It's true. The lack of any substantial communication is simply breath-taking. If you want to see how an operation should conduct themselves from a transparency standpoint, look at creativex. I don't own a single share of basic-mining, but my goodness does creativex know how to keep people informed (and don't bring basic-mining's share price into this because I don't give a shit - I'm talking communication!)

"Something something I'd rather have them working something something if you want communication, sell your shares something"

So, the 'board' set-up was a good idea was it? For who?
Personally, the way the 'board' are choosing to say very little is sad to see. It seems that the only kind of info this thread will ever receive from ACTM in the future, is good news, as they/ACTM, seem petrified of saying anything at all, let alone any set-backs, or re-scheduling. Quite pathetic really.

Sorry board, its simply not acceptable to cower behind an NDA anymore, when people want to see their input, time, and money, at work.

I wonder if what is currently happening with labcoin and their lack of info will finally cause you religious nuts over here in activemining to demand more information from ken and his team.

I think ActM is, and always has been, a better position than Labcoin. I think the fundamentals here are quite a bit more evolved, but I agree and have always been a staunch advocate of communication.

This. Isn't. Difficult.

Ken or the PR guy, can you answer few simple questions:

1) Is Active Mining on schedule or not? "Yes" or "No" will suffice
2) If the answer to question 1 is "No", how many days is Active Mining behind the schedule?

None of this is under NDA so lets ask again!

Hmm.. maybe Ken loves pink, big friendly letters?

to me it seems that Labcoin is run by a bunch of kids

the structure of ActM seems more 'mature' (even though Ken should really give more frequent updates)

this black void of silence is not healthy!

Shares are down quickly, and dumping has started

At only .0046 on btct
Bidding at just .00325 on BF

Pain is on the way

The market in general is down; probably due to people trying to sell Bitcoin to lock in fiat profits. The deafening silence (come on Ken!! It's been 2 weeks since you said "news is coming soon", and a week of silence from the board and PR) is a factor, too, but I don't see a massive panic sell happening. For example, BTCINVEST dropped from .27 to .002 (over 90% loss) today when someone really wanted out.

It's down because there is no news...... None.

I can't find any last "Meaningful" post from Ken or "PR" people.

I sold out 11K shares and took a 10BTC "hit" to get rid of them...

Ken, the advisory board (chuckle) and all the rest of you Smiley
Here is something you should read form start to end, even if your eyes water up and you feel like a total amateur in the middle of it.

Keep a stiff upper lip and read it. You will learn something:

I guess the cheer leaders, who used to sing "sell me your shares" are all in hiding.
Only crickets are chirping.

I'd venture to say the US having been asleep accounts for most of the silence here.
