Yes, somebody (not me) received their kit but it came without any instructions so he is still wondering how to hook it up

Here is a picture of  the current setup:

I am still waiting for my Sierras though...

Will we be contacted to see if we really want them or just a refund?

I guess the MPP strategy is to wait and let the value of the program decline to the point where nobody cares anymore.

They should have called it HFPP.

When it comes to management FAIL awards, it is a close tie between GOX and HF imho.

Looks like they have the "chain-up/chain-down" ribbon cable AND the USB header connected on the bottom board - should be one or the other. If they are having trouble, this may be the cause. Tell them to disconnect the black 5 pin USB header next to the ribbon cable on the bottom board (not the 5 pin WHITE stand-by power cable.) The ribbon cable makes the 2 boards into 1 800Ghs machine vs. the USBs making 2 400Ghs machines.

EDIT: Also, the white connector only needs to be connected to the last board in the series so it can be disconnected from the top board.

(While we're at it, can someone tell me the colors of the wires (under the black sheathing) on the white connector - back to front? Thanks!)

I've considered just removing the hashing boards and coolers from the case and just having them on a shelf. With the problems getting the upgrade kits working, just talk to them as two different units.

Edit: if I ever get my g. d. upgrade and mpp... grrr

Yeah, hashcrap sent me a pretty email ad for an evo, but not a single word about when I'd receive the sierra I paid for last September. They can't even be bothered to return my calls.

On the other hand there's bitmain. Ordered --> Paid ---> Shipped.

Take note craptastic American based hardware makers.

Still no word from HF about MPP
Still no word about upgrade kits
Still no word about batch 3 shipping
Still no word about batch 4 shipping

And then they send us an email stating they have more pre-orders, of which April is already sold out? How about update your current customers before sending bullshit emails about more pre-orders. I have emails sent to HF from Jan 8th and Jan 28th still unanswered. Your customer service is absolute shit. Worse than BFL's.

April batch is sold out
Yet, i still can't scroll the home of their website.

Cheesy

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

Im pretty sure they sold 5 (not 500, not 50, but 5 units)

And they were sold out .. That's their level of productivity for on-time shipments.

Yes, they have too much negative reviews, look facebook, look twitter, there is no way they have sold out, they just want to save their reputation. they already screw their name.

By the way i still not get a refund, now waiting after almost 1 month for my refund after deathline. pretty funny, because if i send my bankwire, they already confirm after 4 days.

Why can they do the same for me? They will refund in the way they receive.. just a trick to fool people and get more delays.

not me broo.. they trick us enough.

That seems peculiar given that they've yet to return my phone call from last week or acknowledge the change of shipping address request I returned to them last month.
