Thanks for your support on this forum.
I am a little buyer of some BabyJets. I never got them as many others. I am on the Creditor Mailing Matrix dated 6th of June.
Does somebody know if there is something to do or to file so that there is a chance to get the money back, or simply to wait that the comitee does the job and money will automatically be refunded? Any objection to file, mention the problem to the US Trustee or something else?

well it looks like i'd never have gotten mine anyway, they failed to note my fucking address. tossers.

For those of us that have no clue how to file claims or what to do, can someone ELI5 this for us? Do we need to file a proof of claim? How do we do so online? I looked at a ProofofClaim_B10.pdf document I googled, but have no clue what half these things are that we need to fill in.

I entered all my data there and attached 2 PDFs. Then this:

What does that mean?

If both attachments were PDF files smaller than 3 MB, then I don't know...

You need to file a proof and claim and should read my post before.   You need to tell the US Trustee that HF DID NOT include you on the list and here is your proof of claim.   There are FAR too many people saying they are not on the list.   Each one of you should be faxing your proof of claim form with your receipt AND TELLING THE TRUSTEE ON THE COVER PAGE THAT YOU WERE NOT INCLUDED ON THE LIST.

If anyone was sold these products through fraudulent sales practices (like HF employees telling you that "everything is here and we are shipping in two weeks you should get yours in November" when that was obviously a lie), you should also detail out WHO told you and WHAT they told you and whether that influenced your decision to by and why you think it was fraud.

Looks like I'm in the same boat. What is to be done if the address is missing in the creditors matrix ?

Any idea why the cover sheet says it consists of 73 sheets but it it only 39 pages long?

Yet it follows a perfect alphabetic order from a to z. So they can't claim that some software left some 30 pages out.

Yet it goes in alphabetic order from A to Z.

Maybe they counted 37 pages and then reversed the numbers.   with all the mistakes in these filings I am not sure whether to think it is just incompetence or on purpose.    It is pretty clear that the US Trustee needs to get an outside firm in there to do forensic accounting and manage the operations.   Hopefully, if enough people show details of their experiences, she will consider doing that.

I have already filed the claim online. Do I still need to fax it? I am not in the States, and I am not sure if my money is also protected.

I didn't see that. You are right, they are probably making errors of marginal relevance to justify the ones of critical importance possibly coming. Or maybe how they have "millions of dollars unaccounted for" due to a suboptimal cash management due to the large influx of orders they received without proper preparation. (Writing it all in a single sentence shows how ridiculous it is).

This whole thing is messier by the day, let's hope to be able to follow it in it's integrity.

PS: Gallo is saying that the proof of claim doesn't have to be submitted asap, but only before the deadline, that is months from now. I will submit it regardless, it can be amended in case of huge mistakes.

file your claim electronically to make sure your address is known; see up the thread a bit for the link to do this

once you put in the case number and your name, it'll recognise you and you can add all relevant info.

As we have only 2 days left as others say, I would like to know for what purpose we have 2 days left... Is it only to make sure that we are on that list?

- Is the claim reserved to US citizens, or is it also open to foreigners?

- If we fill the claim, what are we exposing to: pay some fees (how much), have to present ourselves to the court, etc...

If you are on the list of creditors, you should fill in the proof of claim form now even though you have tons of time (months) because it is better to get it done in case your forget later.   Otherwise, correct.   If you are not on the list you need to tell them (and the sooner the better I would think).    The "deadline" is not really a deadline for that, it is the day they are forming the creditors committee.

I personally did not count on any mpp stuff.. I just want my original purchase payment.
