Were it not for the lawyers taking over, HashFast would be able to give us our MPP.

How many months later? LOL. Miners got fed up with BFL delays so they acted. An MPP sent 1 year later is worth nothing so stating that HashFail would deliver the MPP means absolutely nothing after they broke their own promises.

No, they ceased to offer this option few months ago when they were submitted by some companies for chapter 9 7 bankruptcy
Regardless of the fact that we were pushing for those settlements and the petition didn't stopped them from doing so, they decided to stop the settlements independently, to screw us once more.
Wrong.  Once the lawyers got involved and filed for Chapter 7, it became illegal for HashFast to provide our MPP whether they wanted to or not.
You are so full of shit that I will limit this answer and every answer that you will get from me to saying that you are "so full of shit". You are being paid with money stolen from us, remember it.

Wrong. HF was unable to deliver the miners months and months late even without lawyers. There was no chance they'd deliver the MPP in any worthwhile form. Ever.

And MPP != Chips. The settlements were offered in chips, not MPP boards. HF could have delivered us chips in January making everyone whole, but they decided to hold them, so that we could later become creditors of their joke of a company. Unfortunately someone stopped them before their plan was complete, and it's since then been an open fight between the creditors and the estate.

Then Edward or someone decided to use the money stolen from us to pay IceBreaker to troll and confuse us yet another time. We must somehow be delighted from it, this thread must be important if professional trollers are being paid to confuse it.

Icebreaker;
Just to clarify.   When did you receive your units?    Were they sierras?   At the time that you received them, did you know that others who had PAID for the units LONG before you were had contractual rights to the said units?   Seems strange that you would accept units that you KNEW belonged to others IF you had not paid for them (and paid before the others).

I do not think that you did pay.   Does that mean you knowingly took stolen property?   Or, since you were working for the company isn't the proper word embezzled?

I really hope you have an invoice because if you do not, you may have just confessed to something.   Perhaps you should consult a lawyer.  Sorry I cannot suggest if you want one that specializes in criminal or civil law but I really think you may need one.
When people inside a company take products that have value and belong to the estate, that raises a lot of concerns.  Please enlighten us as to whether you honestly paid for them machines and have an official invoice or whether you should be contacting the creditor's committee to let them know that you may be in possession of property that is not yours.

You know we will all find out anyway when we get past all the delays that management is causing and when the court gets the shipping details for EVERY single machine.

Answer from "Tim":

That said, we can take new orders for our existing inventory listed at www.hashfast.com/parts

In Europe you go to jail if you try to sell bankruptcy assets, because they are in ownership of the creditors. Does the judge know that they do this?

They are selling inventory to raise money with the knowledge of the judge and the committee.   How hard they are trying is really up for debate since they are not exactly trying that hard to publicize the sale nor selling hashing boards but instead just putting out a hidden list on their website.   One has to wonder why they are not trying to publicize their sale.   Seems very fishy to me.

you should be contacting the creditor's committee to let them know that you may be in possession of property that is not yours.

property + the mined BTCs with that property.

[rantings of a crazy person]

My units were from Sierra Batch Zero and were order number 001C.  Only IceDrill and LiquidBits were ahead of me.

l33t, huh?   Cool

You can shut your crazy ranting mouth up now.  Libel is a thing, you know.   Kiss

If not for the smooth noob move of getting lawyers to force HF into bankruptcy, we'd have our MPP chips right now.

Instead, we get nothing but the shenanigans of our dysfunctional creditor committee.   Cheesy

Of course the judge knows.  Why not look into how Chapter 11 works, instead of interpreting your vague and ignorant notions as proof of criminality?

Post the invoice.  Or were they magically given to you?  I do not believe you and I do not think anyone else does either.  We will see in October though when you have to back up your claim.   Have you even filed a claim?
You really need to grow up.  Good luck finding another job.
Why don't you give examples instead of ranting.   You sound a little rattled.

Did you just call me insane?  hmmm.   Let me know about those "libel" laws you think "are a thing".

Maybe you should check out chapter 11. If  20 mill can't be accounted for they are open season for personal liabilities perhaps including you're self sir. The court can take those free miners as illegal gifts plus the revenues you made from them. Hope you didn't spend it all in one place....

No need for me, thank you! I usually try to do normal business with normal and honest partners. I was dragged into this mess by false advertisement, blatant lies and deceptive business behaviour.

And I sticked to it because of the posts of a delusional, crooked and possibly malevolent asshole, who didn't stop to shill for this shithouse of a company, joining the choir of lies and fraud, well knowing what they really are.

I can very well imagine that you are a specialist on things like bankruptcy and Chapter 11. These seem to be the realms you roam and feel comfortable. Stay there and keep your knowledge for you, I never experienced business ethics like these and hope I will never do again.

"free miners?"  Nonsense, I paid top dollar for mine thanks to Bitfunder's implosion making the future of IceDrill uncertain.

You are as delusional as cedivad, imagining all kinds of nefarious conspiracies behind everything.

No matter what happens now, the lawyers get everything and we get nothing.  Thank you for playing Chapter 11...

If violating Occam's Razor with paranoid fantasies full of devious plotting supervillians helps you cope, go for it!

I was under the impression that the committee had to publish the franchising plan by the end of the week, but I don't see it. Why?

I'm FOS?  What about your months of bragging about how easy it would be for your infallible lawyer to extract resources from HF and put those baddies in jail?

Did your case turn out to be easy?  No, it didn't.  The creditor committee can't shoot straight and you fired your lawyer weeks ago.

Did you put the evildoers in jail?  No, you didn't.  The court even let HF out of Chapter 7, instead trusting them to operate under Chapter 11.

You were completely wrong about everything of importance, in exactly the way I predicted and warned you about.

Nobody is going to jail, and nobody but the lawyers stand to benefit from you and the others throwing a legal tantrum.

Good job, chump!   Wink
